Nothing. The Uhaul representative Tim Jones was very professional and got me through the process and on the road in record time. I will use that Uhaul site ever time in the future. Great location, large inventory and the service from start to finish was perfect.

Mary HThis is a very good location for U-Haul. The pick up and return were perfect. Then CSR was on-site we arrived and helped with the key retrieval (since it was a self pick-up). The truck was clean and already had a dolly and moving blankets in the truck for use if needed (charged afterwards if used). I’ve never seen this with a U-Haul since it’s tough to get a Dolly many times truck rental it seems. The owner was onsite when I returned the truck and was helpful and pleasant. This has to be one of the smoothest U-Haul transactions I’ve had. The site has storage rental also which I was informed of great discounts for new renters. A++ recommended.

Kari CMy issue is with the MOVING HELP I hired through UHaul. They did not show up or call to confirm I would have the help i needed on the day I contracted. They had every opportunity to call and tell me there were not coming so had to reschedule for Saturday and this messed up all my plans to move. including having my items outside and then it rained, and ALL my belongings were destroyed and need to be thrown away. This is a REAL BAD thing. Additionally, I called the management in Columbus OH and NO ONE BOTHERED TO RESPOND. This is cowardly and I am tired of companies dropping the ball on customer service. I would never treat my customers this way. If UHaul had any integrity it would credit me for the move. And had to do much of the move in the rain BY MYSELF.
Daniel DThe vehicle was a piece of crap. It had 131,000 miles and you could tell so. The person giving me the vehicle told me an engine light was on and that U-Haul knew about it and said it was still alright. It wouldn't go over 50 MPH which is dangerous when on an expressway. The engine or transmission took forever to get up to speed as it automaticly shifting between gears. When I filled it up after using it I calculated that I got 5 miles per gallon. I should have brought it back after leaving the lot as I could tell this vehicle wasn't up to par. I would never go here again not will I rent again from U-Haul.

Darren BThe location was convenient. I did not realize that the office would be closed when I picked up the truck. I planned on also renting a furniture dolly as that was not an option on the app. My biggest problem was the condition of the truck. The inside of the cab had been swept, but that was about it. It was dirty, and there were stains on the inside of the windshield that looked like someone threw hot chocolate or something like that and just left it to dry. The has close to 100K miles and it drives like it. A very loud noise emanates from somewhere in the back. I did not have any specific mechanical issues that interfered with using the truck. The inside of the box in back was fine. The roller door was very difficult to open and close. When I picked up the truck using the app, I selected the option that said the truck was clean even though it wasn't. I did that because I was afraid I would not be able to take the truck and would not be able to get another one. I was on a deadline and couldn't take the chance. Since the office was closed for the entire day, I could not address the issues.

Jason WI paid for a dolly and couldn’t get it out of its clamp to use it. Wing nut was so tight/frozen that it took pliers to free it. Unfortunately, I didn’t have pliers until after completing my use of truck

Dung TI have been to this location multiple times, and overall, it is top notch. While the truck was very clean, and brakes/engine were fine, I was a bit disconcerted when at 60 mph I noticed some steering wheel shake/vibration. I didn’t feel comfortable exceeding this speed on the highway as a result. My guess is there is a front tire balancing issue. I would say during a few stretches of my cross town freeway drive, especially over bridges, the effect was white knuckling to an extent. I thought Uhaul should assess the issue further, specifically since it was anomalous in my experience of renting uhauls, including the 10’ truck in the past. I appreciate your time, review and follow-through as it pertains to this issue. Best, Eric

Cindy RThere was no one at this site. The online instructions were confusing and of little help. We eventually left a voice mail message with our contract information , hoping this would suffice. The print font was so small on the contract we didn't realize that the drop off location was in Powell, Ohio rather than the Dublin< Ohio site we used previously. The Dublin Site was much closer to our trip destination/

Mark NThe rental location drive or entry was muddy and did not want to drive in through that and get my car dirty. This particular truck was not in good condition, in fact, probably the most run down truck I have driven in many years. The heater blower switch broken, drive shaft vibrated excessively even lower speeds. I just thank goodness this was a local move and I was not stuck w/ this truck for a long drive. The staff at the location was very nice, but equipment not in good condition in my opinion.

Mark MGuy was kind of a jerk. He asked me to clean out some plastic bottles and a McDonald's bag that was in there. I pick it all up and throw it in a large garbage can by his door , he gives me crap about not taking it with me and using his garbage can. Not a very pleasant guy.
