Stephan FI rented an appliance dolly with the box truck to load my washer and dryer. Nowhere on the site does it tell you that that, will not work, because the box truck does not have a ramp. I wasted my money on the dolly daily. It was not explained to me until after I picked it up and called, and I then did not want to pay miles to return it. I really wish I could at least get a refund for the dolly.
