It was far from where I wanted to pick up. There was no one at the location when I arrived to pick up the trailer. I also had to go pick up a vehicle transport at another location due to them not having one.

The key fob for this van did not fit in the narrow slot on the night drop box. So, we had to make another trip to bring them back during business hours. Please make sure the keys you hand out in the future fit through that slot.

There was some confusion on what was needed to operate the side mirrors. Improvement would be to walk customer through the vehicle and how it works. Other than that, really helpful attendant and easy process.

Very modern and clean. Plenty of room to move around. I especially pleased with the available of UHaul trucks on site. What a tremendous bonus. The office staff is warm and friendly. They had filtered water to fill up my water bottle. Even had coffee. Nice clean bathroom Wialla was very nice and professional and helpful. Thanks to all.

My husband was asked if we were going transport animals. This cracked me up! We transported a fridge and my client gifted me 🐓🐐🦆🐈‍⬛🦮🐶 Knick knacks!

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you guys do not have a spare key for your customers when they accidentally lose a key and then you charge them to get a key made especially when I already paid $2,000 for the freaking truck to begin with terrible ridiculous

I was supposed to receive a trailer which I didn’t so I had to wait till the next day to finish moving things an pick up a trailer out of my way then they kept putting different locations for my drop off locations that weren’t correct

I was charged a cleaning fee. I'm not sure why. I swept the truck and folded all the furniture blankets, left them on the passenger seat. I accidently left my booster pad on the drivers seat which I would like returned because I am very short. I left a message and will follow up tomorrow. Never have been charged before

Rachel was super helpful and accommodating. Her service was why we chose this location to rent from rather than the other local Uhaul rental place in Valley Center. The gentleman there was not helpful and just told me to do everything on line. Rachel gave me all the information and completed my reservation for me.

Truck had transmission issues, I drove in an area with several large, long hills and the transmission seemed to slip a bit

The girls there are really really nice and great at there jobs. From the time I got there to the time I dropped the truck off they took great care of me. Will never go any where else. This is my spot. They deserve a rise. And you need more like them. Have used many other Uhaul places but no more this is my place forever. Thank you ladies for everything you are the best.

I had to call multiple times throughout the day to set up my truck pick up. There is miscommunication between the shop owner and U-haul. I did the online check as advised by U-Haul personnel and I was not given instructions on WHERE to find the key.

The website self check in was horrible. The after hours customer service was amazing but the website took us over 35 mins to work properly... super frustrating and because the time was so long I was unable to use the truck until morning because the storage facility closed. Wasted quite a few hours and two trips into town

Only had one truck available? The second location in Valley Center didn't even have any in stock. Spent $20 more than I should of. Expected more from a company like this. Customer service at the desk was great.

It was my wrost experience ever using Uhaul...you said you had an 28 foor truck but you wanted me to go fetch it over 50 miles from my location then i reserved what you had available and when i cane to pic up it was not available poor poor experience i had since using Uhaul for over 20 years..i will not recommend Uhaul like i always did because of this nightmare i had this time around...

This experience was excellent. The staff at this location was so friendly and helpful. I worked with Arlene (I think..) and she was so very nice and pleasant. This is the kind of experience that a customer would always love to have with a business. I would recommend this location to anyone I know.

This location was awesome, Corporate on the other hand the website was down and it made the experience a pain in the @##. The location was apologetic and went above and beyond to assist me despite Corparates inability to keep their website up without a Continuity of operations plan in case something does happen. I am in IT and I would get fired is the system I support goes down and customers are inconvienced like I was. UnSat Uhaul!

Not much, everyone was very friendly, very helpful the building was new in the facility was immaculate. The van I rented only had 443 miles on it. I love those vans they drive flawlessly. The only thing I might suggest is Get more of the bands because I love driving brand-new vans and so will anyone else with half a brain. Thanks Dominic
