Dedric BMy first truck that was given to me, had issues with the driver side mirror. It was flopping all over the place and the brakes needed some work done. I had to take it back and get a second unit in order to be able to make my trip. The young man that was assisting me with the vehicle Knew that the mirror was not working properly but allowed me to get in the truck anyway. When I went back to get the second unit, he was not very friendly. When I asked him was I ready to go with the new unit which was the second unit he had an attitude. I feel like I should be discounted , due to the fact that I had a problem with the initial equipment, and due to the fact that the young man that was assisting me, gave me a unit that he knew that was not properly functioning and plus he had an attitude. Overall experience was fine. My only other issue is that I could not return the unit to Louisville where I live, which made me go over my miles because I had to bring the unit back to starkville where I rented it from. I do believe a discount is warranted in this case because there were issues from the start.

Randy JMy experience with the company was horrible. I had to drive 45 miles to this location from Caledonia Ms. The Columbus location didn’t have one for my reservation and didn’t inform me either! I will never rent from Uhaul again

Theresa BWhen I backed my car off the auto hauler some plastic coverings were ripped off. It appeared that the car was pulled too far forward. I contacted store to report but have not heard back. Car is driveable but there is something scraping while driving. I feel that I should be reimbursed for any repairs. Thanks.
