Rude and dismissive. Dropped off the rental the day prior during a storm. Went by the office around 11:00 a.m. the next day, and I was treated as an inconvenience. I was reminded several times the inspection would take a while as they were not ready. Will never use that site to pick up or drop off ever again.

Knowledge and Professionalism are required as a brand representative. The owners of this establishment are not equipped to address the concerns at a local level. Great customer service skills when you lack knowledge may help. To be rude because you are frustrated is never okay. Fall apart when no one is present. Equipment offered should be available and if you know you do not have it make that known when the customer arrives. Do a walk through and check out the merchandise before paperwork is signed. So both parties agree. SOLUTION Training on the brand's services and how to work the site. Basic moving equipment if needed/paid for. A Representative and Customer walk through of equipment to check fuel, lights, safety equipment in the event of an emergency. Better customer service skills given the overall business and clients serviced.

This is in the parking lot as part of a car repair mechanic shop. Picking up the uhaul car repair customers are pulling in and one blocked the uhaul and I had to ask them to move so I can back out. There is limited parking for uhaul. When returning uhaul I had to back in on front of another uhaul truck because there was no actual space to park anywhere and u didn't want to block the entrance to the property. There should be a designated area for udall parking only that can fit all the uhaul inventory at one time.

Nowhere is there a warning on your website that the mobile phone option is time sensitive. I made a 24 hour reservation so assumed I could pick up anytime after the reservation time, especially as I booked for 24 hours and it required no human being to wait for me. I arrived 2 hours after the reservation time and saw no prompts on my mobile phone. I waited 20 minutes on hold to talk to a representative who just put us back in the queue and never came back on the line. Then the next representative explained the time sensitive issue with the reservation and signing in with the mobile phone (nobody explained exactly when I had to arrive by) but said he couldn’t fix it and pushed me to truck verification to help me. They did, but first explained, now almost 1 hour and 15 minutes after my arrival to the UHaul location, that the location I was at had no outside lockbox, which is apparently part of the mobile phone app requirements. So your website should also filter locations that are not participants of the mobile app program!!!! The truck was fine and clean when I finally reached the new location, but a lot of time was wasted when 2 simple online fixes - putting a note online that you must get to your reservation no later than X when using mobile phone app pickup, and filtering out those locations with no mobile phone pickup capability - would have saved me 2 hours of time.

I was overcharge After I return the truck I was charged and additional fee afterwards.... Truck was clean then I was charged or cleaning fee, I rented the truck for 24 hours I returned and after hours around 8:00 p.m. I did the online return and then I was charged $20 fee for after hours. I was told if I clean the truck and if I went online to return the truck I will not be charged.

The renters were very friendly, and the truck was exceptionally maintained. I left and returned with no hanging questions as to what would incur additional charges and what was expected on my part regarding cleaning out the truck after use. 10/10 service, thanks again!

The first Uhaul ever I used that sat there on a Saturday morning calling people to see if they can verify me, over charged and regardless if clean or not they charge a cleaning fee and the truck was so loud and feeling like it was gonna shut off.

I am very upset with the around about way I was treated prior to picking up from this location. My day started with a no truck being available, then the service agent sent me 30 miles to an uhaul that had the truck rented to someone else. I get call from Gomez auto about the truck and I was 40 minutes away. Gomez uhaul was to close by 12, but stayed open to assist me.

First of all, not the locations fault but I was told I couldn’t rent because someone I put as an alternate contact (not even a driver) had something outstanding with you. This had nothing to do with me yet your business help my time hostage. For that, go fuck yourselves. I won’t be doing business with you. Next the location lady wanted to threaten me with charging a cleaning fee for something that was already dirty. Then informed me that she would charge for not filling up. Although this is normal things while renting, she made sure that she said it in a manner like “you caught an attitude because of the issue that we had, I am going to charge you regardless”. I drove 16 miles and had to put $19 worth of gas in the truck. I am 100% sure that it wasn’t actually full and y’all are nothing but a shit company.

Location charged $200 more than the quote received online and then played helpless… didn’t know how to fix it. Truck itself was clean, but air condition was intermittent. Also when we unloaded , there seemed to be damage from a rough ride… springs that were shaken off washing machine, etc.

Was charged 50 for a lil dirt on floor mat... Garage owners were rude. The older man sweet when I first walked in to do the return. When he came back from looking over truck. He told me there would be a cleaning fee for dirty floor mats and a bag of trash in the bed. I was confused so I locked in bad and it was a walmart bag with groceries. So I took it out and let him know. Let me tell you... This older man must have had a switch flipped on her turned beet red and really really angry that I challenge d his outrageous charge. When I went to pay my card declined due to wrong zip code and the gentlemen laughed and mumbled a few ugly remarks. Anyway it was then worse experience ever... I would never recommend this location to anyone.

We had a. Reservation a a different location and everything was 24 pickup and no locations were open. Wasted 3 hours going to different locations just to get a truck I already had reserved. It was completely a waste of time and UHaul needs to have better customer service and a well informed plan for those doing 24 hour pickup at locations. The whole experience made me never want to rent a uhaul again. Also I ordered for a 10 ft truck only to be told they were all in Florida and then be up charged for the 15 by a lot. I was really chaos and a horrible experience.

I was over charged. Paid $172 for 6 hours. Claimed I didn't sweep out the truck but I did. Worst location and personnel in Fayetteville. I wouldn't recommend that location to anybody.

The location seemed very disorganized. The person who had the truck before us ran more than 2 hours late turning it in, so we were waiting in real time for them. Then the person who helped us didn't actually work at Gomez (they were just helping) so she meant well but wasn't familiar with the process - plus the Uhaul system was running slow. In total, it took my husband 30 minutes to pick up the truck instead of the couple of minutes it should have taken (not to mention the stress of not knowing how long it'd really take with a busy day ahead of us). No discounts were offered for our trouble but they should have been because unfortunately the experience was unprofessional.

Terrible experience being charged extra when i used less mileage and then originally quoted due to a upgrade and reroute I’m being charged fees i used U-Haul with the intentions of truck share for its flexibility. The truck wasn’t available a rep called and changed the whole plan and i wasn’t made aware so i take the truck to its nearest location like i told Gomes garage i would and it was never communicated to me that i couldn’t ya i have done so many times before using U-Haul . The truck share site never alerted me i was at the wrong site when i returned the truck early mind u i only had the truck half the time intended it for and I’m still being charged because U-Haul reps poor communication

I had to wait 20 minutes so they could sweep out a clean truck. After seeing how neurotic she was about sweeping I made sure to sweep it out before return. She still charged $15 for a cleaning fee. I think this is a scam used to make easy money and I think uhaul should look into how many cleaning fees are added into transactions from this location. I will be sure to tell everyone I know in the Army to watch out for this, or to shop elsewhere.
