SCAMMMMMM ARTIST ! He charged me for 24 miles I only went 22 miles and he changed the price on my credit card !!! GO TO THE REAL UHAUL THIS MAN SCAMMED ME

joseph lI had to rent from this location 20 miles away from my house due to the one half mile away from me didn’t have the correct equipment. So my 70 miles not even half of it should’ve been charged on me since I couldn’t return it to the location near me. The staff was friendly. In the future I would like to be able to atleast return the equipment closer to me so I don’t get charged for extra miles.

Joseph MNothing really. Unfortunately, their was a storm and power outage when I picked up my vehicle. This caused issues, but the location managed through it fairly well. The vehicle was fairly new, clean and exactly what I expected

Eric JThis place was fast and very receptive to me, we did a quick walk around on the truck and then he notes the truck was returned 3/4 full (which is how I received the truck) and he had to charge me for the gas not being full. I explained my position and he replied there was nothing he could do because of the place I picked it up did not change the gas level. Please do what’s right and refund my payment for gas

steve GWhen i made the reservation I told the person on the phone i needed 150 miles when i picked it up they were only giving me 126 and that wouldn’t cover my trip told me it was gonna be 1.00 a mile for the miles extra which upset me and I had to call customer service to get it figured out so for my trip i was on the phone with U-Haul 3 times cuz my pick up location was changed also. I felt that it was a lot of extra time if me being on the phone and it really did upset me about the miles and put me in a sour mood for my 2 hour drive back home.

Joshua GThe truck was pretty beat up and didn't seem to be in great mechanical condition. I was glad I only had to drive it for 12 miles, not sure if I would trust it for a longer move.
Jeffrey JThe check in person came out and reviewed the truck. His paper work said that the gas should be 15/16, almost full for return. When I picked the truck up it was on 1/4 tank and thats what my paper work said. I had to call the Uhall place where i pickup the truck at to get all corrected. The drop off place kept me there for 30 minutes to get this correct. The drop off place wanted to charge me additional money. I should not had to go through that, if you computer system is not correct. You should not inconvience the consumer for you mess ups. The drop off place had to call the help center to get this corrected. The drop off place needs to be trained on the proper customer service

I set a reservation in my town and you call me a day before I am moving my whole family and belongings that the truck is reserved is only available an HOUR southwest (in the opposite direction of my move). TERRIBLE COMPANY. WHY SET RESERVATIONS IF YOU CANT UPHOLD THE RESERVATION THAT IS SET!!!!!!!!!!! I will be blowing up social media about how awful your company is.
Scott KInterior of vehicle was not clean/wiped down. Dog hair all over the middle seat. Coffee spilled all over cupholder area and dripped down to the floor. Windshield covered with dead bugs.
Tyler ATruck smelled like an ashtray! Was only half filled with gas! Mind this location is a gas station too! I had reserved a dozen packing blankets but when I got here the guy tells me that he doesn’t have blankets! What’s the point of reserving these items more than two weeks in advance then! Very disappointed!

Mike PThe cargo van had less than a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I filled it to full and was nevertheless charged by the proprietor $6.75 for a gallon gas after It was returned.
Lloyd SBe up front what this all entails and don’t wait til they are driving to send them their contract even though a good business person will let them know up front what to expect and NOT be under handed but good business proprietor, if taking money from senior citizens is your way of getting a leg up in life may the same be done unto you.
