I was having trouble with the app when getting the truck and the kind man who was working in the office, Richard, came out to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if i needed any assistance and we were able to get everything figured out in the app. For the return of the truck, the app was not working at all (just showing a white screen for the return process). Richard was more than helpful in getting me checked out and on my way in no time. Thanks Richard!

My rental experience was great. The truck was there waiting for us and in good, clean condition. Richard, who checked us in and out was very professional and helpful. We had previously rented a truck from one location but when we tried to rent from there again, we were redirected to a different location but no explanation was given. This was a little confusing. Perhaps the web site could explain why our pick up location was changed. Also we never got a confirmation for our order. We ended up calling the location we were to pick up from just to make sure all was in order (which it was).

The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our only complaint was we wish the process was quicker. We had reserved a truck and provided a credit card. However, It took almost an hour to complete the paperwork, get the truck and leave. When you have a long day of moving ahead it was very frustrating that it took that long to get the truck, especially when we had already reserved it.

The alignment in this vehicle was off. Driving felt so dangerous . This was truly a horrible experience. I would never rent from a non U-Haul service location again

The location itself was fine. However, the U-Haul process is a scam and you should be aware that the rate that they tell you is not the rate you will be paying. I was given a $34 charge at the beginning, and then when I picked up the U-Haul it charged me $98 and then once I dropped it off (at the same location) it charged me $234 for going the amount of miles that I originally stated that I would. This was all done through the app, and if I were you I would attempt to speak to a rep at the rental facility to not get over charged.

My uhaul truck was stolen. I reported it to Uhaul immediately and was very open with them and even told them who had stolen it (movers I had hired admitted to it). I was given multiple assurances from staff I was only going to be charged the amount we agreed upon which was an extra day and the amount of miles I had driven. I spoke to a detective for the case to try and help in any way I could. The thieves returned the truck a week later with 500 miles and I got charged over a dollar per mile plus cleanup fees, daily rental charges, on top of the amount I had agreed to pay. The staff at the uhaul store assured me I wasnt on the hook for these charges because the truck was stolen but the supervisor Anthony Delira charged me almost 700 dollars and said it was my fault the truck got stolen and I was responsible because my card was down. I reported the truck stolen as soon as I knew it was and was in contact with the store daily. I learned that Uhaul rewards people for steeling trucks on somebody elses card. They are no longer pursuing the car theft and just putting all the blame on me ( a victim of a crime ). I understand its much easier for them to charge me and forget about the theft since they got the truck back but its wrong and I think people need to know this could happen to them too. I also paid for the insurance and that didnt help at all.

Amazing and personable staff member (Richard I believe). He was very helpful, he let me charge my cell phone for a few minutes, looked up and gave me directions to a local donut shop while I waited for my wife to pick me up. Richard was a great representative of U-Haul and a real brand ambassador for the company. Facility was extremely clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family!
