The employee was new and couldn't help me so had to wait for someone else to come! I had filled out a reservation online complete w credit card payment ! In the computer it showed I had a reservation but I had to give all the information and credit card payment over again as it doesn't show up . This was not the fault of the employee but how the program is set up by UHaul. The dolly worked great its just the process of making a reservation is frustrating and time consuming to do it twice.

Perley PThe lady at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful. Made sure the truck was warm for me and that we had everything we needed. However, the truck itself was in need of repair. I believe a bearing on the driveshaft is broken/loose and it caused the truck to vibrate and make a lot of noise. This prevented me from going on the highway due to safety concerns and had to go a longer way around which caused me to drive more miles and ultimately have a higher cost.

laura pStaff unable to find me in the system when I returned the vehicle an entire day early. I picked up the truck at 8:30am-ish in Shediac on 15Sep and returned it around 7:30pm the same day at this Big River location .The employee took the mileage, inspected the truck and this information was left for the boss to enter the return in the computer the next day. By the time it was completed, it was well into the next day, therefore charging me for 2 days vs 1. I was expecting to receive a refund for the unused day, but apparently that won’t happen now. If you read this comment Uhaul , perhaps you would could do the right thing and reimburse me for the unused day. Thank you.

Rosmarie LLove the note on the dash that if the box was not cleaned there would be a $25 charge to have it cleaned. However the cab was full of dog hair, windshield and side windows were very dirty with finger prints and big matter. More concentration should be paid attention to keep the cab clean as well.This is the number 1 reason I would not recommend U-Haul. .69 cents is a little outrages for the mileage and too have a dirty vehicle.

Daniel Bthe location of my rental was excellent, however, my uhaul experience was not. I had rented a 15' truck 3 weeks prior to my moviing date. I received a call later that day claiming that the 15' was not available, but they could promise a 10'. I was fine with that. I then received a call 2 days prior to the move to inform me that it was no longer available and only a pick up truck was available. I was not able to complete my move with the pick up as it is much smaller, and had to make extra trips which ended up costing more in mileage. I feel like this is unacceptable!! Your web site claims that reservations are guatanteed, which is clearly false advertisement!!!

Then the next day you charge me 63.25 for a full day! What the heck, I paid it but that is the worst customer service. You could have been up front with me an told me the charge When I called. Rene LThere was animal hair all over the front passenger seat. Although I didn't use it, I am allergic and have asthma, so my breathing was not great throughout my trip. Only realized this at end of trip. Also, I reserved a small truck because I didn't have much to move, and even though I reserved a truck with my credit card, after losing my reservation twice, I lost it a third time. They would only give me a huge truck which cost me 1700$ in gas over what a smaller truck would cost. This was CRAZY expensive for someone who did not have much to move and with limited money. Will I ever recommend or use Uhaul again? Absolutely not.

Jacques GThe sheet said the gas was at 7/8s but it was actually at 5/8 when I took the truck. Ensure gas level is up to date. I was also charged blankets and a dolly when I didn’t need that, didn’t ask for it or have it in the truck.

michelle hDuring check in the attendant was very friendly and polite. The truck wasn't cleaned beforemy arrival, I know this because the interior cab was dusty and full of ashes ( I personally whipped the interior to avoidallergies during my trip). Apon pick up cargo hold wasn't swept or cleaned few items were left behind from previous renter?. Oil light on dash was on the entire trip. Steering is loose, and has play. This was brought to attention and I was still charged with a cleaning fee. I only transported 4 luggage and my babies crib, I understand it's a large 26ft truck and I only used a fraction of its space. This truck was the cheapest rental you were able to offer. Very unimpressed, and disappointed. Thank you.
