Truck was dropped off after hours, so we just parked the truck. My only complaint is not being able to drop off on the U-Haul web site on my laptop. My cell phone battery was dead at the time of drop off. I won't be back in town to the drop go to the drop off location to finish the drop off on my cell phone once it is charged.

This was a very good experience for me. The pickup had a hiccup through no fault of U-Haul but due to the local ISP, however, Gigi handled the problem like a pro and got me on my way. The truck was clean, had 1/2 tank of gas, and ran well. The turn-in went equally smooth, the billing was as expected, and I was on my way quickly. I'd recommend renting from Glacier West just outside of Belfair.

Explain extra fees upfront. Explanation of fees we sent in an email later after I already had the truck. Returning a truck after hour should not get a few for after hours return and extra day fee. $60 plus taxes for being 30min late is not right. When I called to complain, she said it’s all corporate uhaul. They make all the rules and there’s nothing she can do. Pass the buck. Blame corporate. Except no responsibility and blow off the customer. Nice system.

My issue is not with this site, the person I spoke with was very professional and kind. My issue is we had to drive 50+ miles over a toll bridge to pickup the truck, we had a reservation at a location near our home, but we were told the day before that it was not available. This put us in a bind time wise and cost us an extra $60 and most of a day in loading time. This forced us to extend our rental another day. We are very disappointed with this transaction and will have serious doubts as to weather or not we will use you as a rental service in the future.

There were no protective blankets available. There was an empty bag on the wall of the 15' truck for protective pads but it was empty. When I asked if any were available, I was told that U-Haul had not provided any for a long time.

I was charged 11.00 for damage. I'm assuming it was gas. I took a picture disputing what it said it had in it when I picked it up and I filled it to exactly where it was. I'm going to call on this but I am not happy. I left the truck in better shape than I rented it.

I paid for 2 dollys and 6 furniture pads which were not in the truck when we picked up. The uhaul employee made no effort to fix this or compensate for the missing equipment upon drop off. I was charged about $75 more than what I was originally quoted. My experience with customer service and the phone tree was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I will never use uhaul again.

Customer support there was great. The moving van had lots of cockroaches in it. So no it wasn't clean and well maintained. The vehicle ran fine overall. The entire pickup experience was terrible and I doubt I will be using U-Haul in my next move

Office area was very organized and set up well for dealing with Covid-19. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rental truck was okay but had a noticeable vibration over 60 mph. Also front window was very dirty. Inside truck was clean.

Roberts should get 5 stars- we picked up 10 pallets of COVID supplies for folks here in Belfair WA, He gave us the extra miles at no cost!!!!! A great representative for U-haul- we will be back for another truck. I can't thank you folks enough for all your help- we proved over 95 food boxes and 5 pallets of needed hand wipes and masks. Literally never using uhaul again. Second time reservation was butchered. Had to pay more money. Charged a cleaning fee of $25 when I picked up the truck and it was dirty already?? WTF? App suck. Notifications suck. Take a page from Amazon UHAUL and incorporate some customer obsession into your shitty business practices

The truck was filthy dirty on the outside , dented and scratched all Over I placed 5-6 of the x stickers on damage that wasn’t noted prior to my rental. They also charged me for gas when I returned it completely full and overcharged me mileage. I called them and the phone number was incorrect for the location on my invoice so I looked it up. When I called she wouldn’t remove the gas charge and said I would need to have pictures to prove it. She also said she was doing me a favor by not charging me $20 for returning the uhaul when no one was there. I’ve rented 3 in the last few months and this location has been the worst.

The customer service for this vehicle was some of the worst I’ve ever had. We ordered a 26 ft from Bremerton Washington which they switched to port orchard because they weren’t going to have it. Then in the end the location in port orchard or in Belfair. I will not ever go with uhaul again. Respectfully,
