Wendy SWhen I went to pick up the truck, the Uhaul employer informed me that my reservation had been changed to another location, almost 15 minutes in the wrong direction. I was not notified prior to this happening. I had to pay my ride extra to take me to the second location. This made me almost am hour late getting back to the location where I needed to pack the truck, which threw the movers off their schedule. The lady at the second location was very very nice.

We have rented pick up from this location before not needing credit card but he was rude when my husband didn't have ours on him. We have rented from U-Haul numerous times within the past 6 months . Luckily another U-Haul helped us out with our rental. I do not recommend this guy or business to anyone! Bad business and it makes U-Haul look bad.

Daniel Epaided with my cash app card price was supposed to be like 50 bucks drove the truck for 12 miles was told since i used cashapp they had to hold 100 but took the whole 100 goin monday to see if i can get my money back

Donna MI want be back but too help someone else I don’t think you all should charge people for a gas especially high the price is 29.99 by the time you DONE it’s way more I understand things right now are high but for local use a little bit too much
Kimberly WNothing. Just visit with Tammy for a minute and see how much of a sweetheart she is. She went out of her way to help me when I missed my pick up date for a car hauler. You just don't receive service from genuine people like her anymore.
Justin BI thought I had the uhaul truck for 24 hrs because it was 29.95 per day But that wasn't the case. They figured out where I was going and then gave me a time of 4hrs.. it cost me 92.58 + the 24.50 I paid to fill it back up. I just didn't feel I should be charged for the whole day if I only had it 4.5 hours.

kim bHad a horrible first impression with Uhaul. Everything i reserved was wrong. The pickup location the drop off time and even had someone else's name under my number. However i spoke to Jess and she was very nice and helpful and made it all better.

ryan hI was directed to Frazier Nursery in Biloxi to pick up the equipment, but it wasn't there. The folks at Frazier advised me my equipment was at Gautier Lock and Storage. While it was out of my way, the wonderful folks at Gautier Lock & Storage were wonderful, helpful and very helpful. Will reserve here from the start next time.
