My van had terrrible wipers-they screeched and I felt like they may come off at any time. No washer fluid, my car battery went dead 3 hours from home and the mechanic said the van had been poorly maintained and probably needed a new starter. I did notice it had a slow start when I cranked it.

Make sure the truck not full of ants when you rent it make sure rental 8s ready when you get there try not refer people to another location cause you gave away their storage unit they had reservations for an charge more for a bigger size guy at desk was not being professional in my opinion but the supervisor corrected the action twice

There internet was not working...the person that normally does there Uhaul stuff was out...so I had to wait over a hour and half to get a truck...the side mirror was showing me I could not get it to turn the right way...The guy in Uhaul tried he could not either...I had to put my head out the window to change lanes...because getting out of the Uhaul place so late my movers went to there next job so I had to pay $57. For another day so the movers could fit me in This is my 5th Uhaul less then a year...I spent about 5 to 6000. The last 2 times I've rented have been hell...I Pau way to much to not get any help...to be charged for another day because of No knew how to do Uhaul not right...

The place was a shack off the side of a gas station, no one could find the keys. The truck wasnt in the best condition.

There was an over charge on my account and I called customer service, which they acknowledged I was over charged twice and transferred me to be compensated but has not been able to speak to anyone. Truck was in poor condition. Kept cutting off. Sounded dry and out of gas and oil

You would help yourself immensely if you take CrossMovers off of your labor choices . They are ridiculously inept . The canceled on me knowing I’m coming from out of state to get my things out of storage because it might storm . They knew my things were in a climate controlled facility & they were afraid of lightning . Complete laziness

Have someone who can actually work the computer to pull up the reservation.i personally has to do the owners job by calling the 1800 number to get checked out. I had to waste almost an hour before I could get my reserved trailer.

the gas tank was only 3/4 full and I filled tank on return but was still charged for fuel. The guy kept saying he wasn't feeling comfortable with my Jeep on the trailer but it came down to me having to give him $40 cash so he could feel better he said " I would feel better with some cash in my pocket" . I feel ripped off by U-Haul and will remember this next time.

The truck was filthy in the inside. It was low on oil. The rep did not check it before I got it. Also, the truck was not there when I arrived to pick it up. I waited 2 hrs for it to arrive.

I had reserved the trailer with a pickup location of Hamilton Storage in Hernando, MS. When I arrived at 8am they informed me that they did not have the trailer and I would have to go to Tunica (30 minutes away) to pick it up. When I got to the site in Tunica the only person working was a lady in the convenience store that is the Uhaul site. No one was there that could complete the contract for me. She took my name and phone number, said she would have the guy call me, and told me to take the trailer…which I did. I called Hamilton Storage and they gave me the Memphis Uhaul number to complete the contract. The experience in Tunica was abysmal.

We were on time and no one was there. Then I saw my credit card and they had charged me an extra &66.63 and said we were Lste! We were not Late!! And I want my credit card refunded!! Until then I will not recommend U/Haul. Dincery, Nona and John

I had problem with uhaul reservations. I would ger a confirmed location and then. I would get an email telling me that the confirmed location did not have the size truck I wanted and then I would get another location that would be a problem. This happened to me twice and it took me over 3wks to finally move without me having to cancel.

I had to drive an hour to pick up a uhaul which was inconvenience for me and my family. I spoke with the customer rep and asked for a 26” and he went over what I wanted and he put in the system I wanted a 15” which cause me to drive an hour away when I could have picked up a uhaul in my hometown

UHaul emailed me a pick up location in Robinsonville, as requested, however this location did not have the trailer we needed and were unwilling to locate a trailer. I had to call another location who located the trailer we needed in Tunica, MS, 15 miles out of our way. This reservation was made 26 days before the move, online. NEVER AGAIN, will I do an online reservation, waste of time, as NOTHING was how I had requested.

I rented a 5’x8’ trailer. The door on the trailer is 4’ wide. I have a design in mind that would improve the door opening and make loading much easier. I hovered hell loading the trailer through the 4’ door.

Reached location right before closing, and young man told us he was getting ready to close and to "self-drop it and do it online". So, we tried this and online was having technical difficulties. Called Uhaul 3 times Saturday night, 21Jul2018, and waited on the phone more than 20 minutes each time with no answer from customer service. Chatted with someone named "Nancy" who told us she would make a note and "to leave equipment and call Uhaul tomorrow." We called several times on Sunday, 22Jul2018, to both drop location and Uhaul customer service with no answer from either. Called drop location today, and was told "system is down and I will call you back", but confirmed that trailer was at his location. Finally reached someone at Uhaul customer service on 23Jul2018 after 3 calls and wait time, totaling 48 minutes..... this is ridiculous! We rented Uhaul truck in May and had a horrible experience with junk equipment! Now, a horrible experience 2 months later with contacting customer service.

At first I was told I could not drop off vehicle because the person was not there. Then I was told he was there. The office was cluttered and not up to what I would expect of U-Haul I was charged an extra day for being one hour over the stated time. I requested the vehicle for April 7 but had to pick it up the afternoon of April 6 because of the businesses hours. I should not have been penalized because of this.

toke to long to leave with the truck i had to to go to fear to get the truck they computer was messing up i got there at 2 didn't leave until after 4 i thank i need some of my money back for all the mess i went thought with uhaul i been get a uhaul every year and this the first time i ever been thought what i did yesterday

The card reader was not working and it took nearly an hour to get everything done. It was in a backroom of a gas station and wasn't very organized. It was understaffed and I think that made the most difference. I wouldn't pick up from this location again.

They did not hold my reservation. When I arrived to pick it up it was not there. I had hired workers waiting on me. I lost approximately three hours of hired labor/ help loading. They eventually got the truck back for me but I had to wait on it three hours.

Have the clerk to explain more about the routing amount and the way it works because I ended up spend $200. which is totally ridiculous....i didn't understand where my money went to $200.seriously I thought was gonna get something back even when the sign said save $25. If u fold the covers and sweep the truck out...bad communication bad salesman then mileage was off from the printout I had a picture of the mileage but had accidentally deleted the picture so I ha6no proof I charged it to myself but it won't be another time they get me

The dealer's computer was down & just handed me the phone for me to provide my AMEX # to "someone" that had not even identified his role --- later, after 3 requests, it was thought to be someone in the regional Uhaul office. After my further questioning, they explained the contract would be emailed to me, since the dealer was unable to receive a hard copy. Also, the Right Rear tire had NO TREAD - totally slick.

in a hurry when I dropped off u-haul no one there to help me 11:30am on a week day. Plus they robbed me for 52 dollars I put 95 dollars in gas in a 20 ft truck and only drove 350 miles. They said tank was below 1/4 but it was barely below a 1/2. They parked on a slope so it would read low. had to leave and trust they would do me right when who ever takes care of the uhauls made it to work. I thought they would be honest but I was wrong. I wouldn't want these people associated with any business I owned. They lost my business and my companies business for you. Need to inspect your locations place was dirty and hard to find and the people are crooks. Never had a worse experience in my life

i reserved trailer and received e-mail notification it was ready but in a town 45 minutes away from my local store. I showed up and only person who could do paperwork on rental had left and no one else on site could rent trailer. After an hour waiting on the person to get back I called u-haul and a Leslie in customer service took care of me over the pohone. Leslie from U-haul was great but I will never use this pickup location agian.

It took an hour to complete the paperwork...we got the wrong truck....we did not get the pads we ordered...they gave me someone else's paperwork to sign off on...the vehicle was not inspectrd....I could go on, but I think you get the picture...
