Tahlequah Staff was great. No complaints about them. The trailer didn’t have working running lights only brakes and signals. Also the roll-up door style is a pain because it is constantly getting stuck open. The rear “D” ring on the driver’s side was missing also.

I didn’t have the correct ball size on my hitch and they were very accommodating. They helped me with a trailer that would fit my hitch and I was on my way in no time.

Rude Owner/manager of U haul. He talked to girl behind counter about me like I wasn't even there. And then wanted to argue about stuff. When he walked in he was saying to girl well she was supposed to return to another location why is she here and she is a day late, the truck is filthy. The truck was as clean as it was when I picked it up. It had and 1/8 of a tank of gas and I returned it with and 1/8 of a tank. Yes I kept it 1 more day which I told uhaul and even had the document from uhaul stating new dates but He acted like I was untruthful. The manager or whomever he was needs to be fired/replaced. Everyone else was wonderful. I will never rent from u haul again!

It took over 20 minutes to check me in and get the keys for the truck. I took it home and found out it was completely roach infested inside the truck. They should check there trucks before giving them out to the next customer, especially those that are self check in.

They had issues with being able to process the rental pickup on the computer. There was a taillight out on the trailer they rented to me, which I found after getting on down the road a ways.

The staff went above and beyond, the weather was terrible and the manager had some difficulties but worked through it. They were extremely busy and short staffed and were still friendly and helpful.

Left ratchet assembly on tow dolly (driver's side) was considerably older and more difficult to operate than the right. Employees were thorough and showed us what needed to be done for a successful tow.
