This location was awful. They didn’t plow or shovel, so we kept getting stuck. We had to shovel for two hours, and all we had to do it with was an ice scraper. We asked for a partial refund. A few pieces of trash in the truck too

dropped off truck here after hours. a little tough to find a place to put the truck but other than that no complaints!

The 24 hour pickup took almost 30 minutes, cutting into our reservation time. I rented a dolly and there was no dolly. We had to find another location to pick up a dolly from, which cut into even more time. Same thing with the 24/7 return. My husband was an authorized driver, after more time waiting for a rep to call us for verification. It took forever. There should be extra time given for the amount of time it took to even get the truck.

No one there. Returned on time. Got phonecard stating they were not returned. Keys were left In a drop box. Very sketchy location. Will not use this location again in waterloo.

This place was the worst place I've ever been to. The guy was drunk and rude that we returned the truck to. There was grass from my feet on the driver side floor and he told me I was a dirty person for not cleaning it out before returning it. Please have someone call me about my issues there are more

Rude. Very unprofessional. Accused me of putting lock on trailer when the lock came with the rental. Threaten to charge extra for the delay.

This location is great but his manager is Superb! It is great to find warm human hospitality on big business companies as U-haul. My experience was fantastic. All the process runs smoothly the manager of this facility was very helpful and very kind to me and my family. 2 thumps up. To the manager of this facility: Keep doing what you doing because you are doing it right.

The location is not acutally called FROST EVENT CENTER, it is simply located NEAR the Frost Event Cetner. This is highly confiusing, especially since teh site was not staffed during the drop-off hours. Mileage allowance for the assigned pickup location, my home address provided at the time of reservation, and the eventual drop off location assigned (nearest location to my destination) was not sufficient to achieve the travel, even with most direct route.

the self check in did not work so I had to call for someone to come in but he came super quick, within 5 minutes at 6 am. I would recommend to anyone, he was so nice and helpful

Owner of the facility needs to remodel the place, install exterior lighting ad cameras for security since he is never there. I am still not happy with you charging me $1.19 per mile which seriously causes financial issues for me.

The truck was in Terrible shape. The rear view mirrors wont stay in place making it unsafe to drive. The wheels were severely misaligned, I had to drive with the steering wheel tilted 90 degrees to the left to make it go almost straight. The place for the pickup was shady with abandoned cars around, it didn't feel safe. Overall my worst experience with a moving truck.

I filled up with 2.5 gallons of gas right before I dropped it off and they charged me for gas anyway. Can’t get ahold of anyone to get refunded my 8-10 dollars

At pick up time, we had trouble getting the proprietor to answer his home and his voice mailbox was full. After an extended period of time, we just took the trailer. U-haul never apologized and blamed us.

This location did not have pads or boxes as I requested. The place had sewer odor inside the building, making it impossible to even go into the facility. I was told to be there at 9 am. No one was onsite. Someone finally arrived after 10 am and told me I had to go to the University U-haul to get pads and blankets. I originally reserved my vehicle at the University location, but U-haul changed it. I wasted hours to try and get everything done. Rented from U-haul many times, but will consider other options in the future.

The owner of this U-Haul outlet was rude and disrespectful. He refused to let me return the vehicle myself online. He refused to let me take a picture of the gas and odometer reading. I will NEVER rent from then again

William was so nice to work with. He had the trailer up front ready for us and hooked it up for us! He had a friendly smile, was courteous and so nice. He was busy when we returned it the next day, but took the time to make sure everything went well for us! Would recommend his shop to others!

We had dropped off the U-Haul with the dolly in the cabin part of the truck so would not get stolen or damaged we had called up there many times cuz we had left a pillow inside the U-Haul but the guy mentioned he would call us back as soon as he got in there to let us know that he was there but he never did call the U-Haul itself was completely cleaned cabin and the back but we are still being charged for a cleanup of the U-Haul we took pictures of the cabin and the back part of the truck showing that it was completely cleaned why did we get charged a cleanup fee. Also when we got the truck it was on half a tank of gas U-Haul is now saying that it was just above half a tank of gas which is false.

I wanted to do the pick-up in person during the listed store hours, but I was called by Uhaul and told I needed to do a mobile pick-up because the person will not be at the store. Then none of the extra stuff I ordered (dollies and blankets) were in the truck. And it was only half full of gas.

Very personable and easy to work with. Our original pick up location got changed and when we showed up at our scheduled time we had to call a number posted on the door. The very nice gentleman said he didn’t open for another hour but would be right there. He was there in less than 10 minutes.

Office was very run down and tore up. No staff on sight unless called number on the door. Truck wasn’t clean, was told it was to cold out so he haddent been cleaning the trucks.
