I was charged per mile instead of km. I picked up the van at 9010 km and returned it at 9040 km but was charged for 30 miles.

The ramp and inside the box of the truck were filthy and lefts dust all over the furniture we moved. There was no dolly even though I requested it and some how instead of a refund I got charged extra after.

KEITHC BWe arrived at exactly 7:00 am when I was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul truck. We were the first and only customers in the store at the time yet it took 45 minutes for all of the paperwork and stuff to process (even though I did the online check in to save time and lower my wait time). When we finally did get the keys to the truck, there was a piece of clothing wrapped around the axle of the front wheel of the truck. We had to get the store clerk to come outside to remove it since we did not have gloves and did not want to touch a dirty piece of clothing. The truck should have been inspected and in pick up condition prior to our arrival especially since this booking was done days before.
Gordon BThe gentleman was pleasant, however no walk around, no gas gauge, odometer verification/paperwork provided. Instead I was told everything about the truck was "on line" so verification not needed. Some time thereafter I received an email contract with gas gauge and odometer readings, both of which were wrong. Instead of 3/4 tank of gas there was only 1/2 tank gas, and the odometer reading was lower than actual. In hindsight I should have insisted on a physical verification procedure and document, my bad.
rex kWhen I picked up the car it was on 75% on gas. I filled up the tank (full) and the agent told me that there is no refund for filling up the tank above the gas level upon pick up. They only charge you when return the truck below the level of gas upon pick up. I find really not fair and i was not stated anywhere upon pick up.
Ousmane CThis location was setup okay but they seemed to have numerous problems with the system UHaul had setup. It took over 30 minutes to retrieve my keys and checkout and another 30 minutes when I returned the truck.
Ryan BYour "Unlock the vehicle with your mobile phone" option is beyond useless. The length of time it takes to upload pictures and information only to then have to wait EONS for it to be "reviewed" by someone (most likely in Mumbai) is just plain crazy. This information should be requested WELL in advance. I gave up and just went inside.
Sam AThe guy was working alone at a party store and literally helped over 10 customers instead of finishing with my rental. Then when I opened to trailer it was dirty and I had to sweep it out since he was helping customers. Then when my dad needed help to secure the trailer to his suv the guy rolled the hitch into my dads car leaving a 2-inch scratch. It took over 45 minutes to get it and leave. When I returned the trailer later that day, the other guy had no clue how to refund my deposit. Beyond disappointed
kara hwrong size trailer given - too long wait for trailer even after registering online - rental location not competent in Uhaul system etc.. - trailer covered with grass - trailer hitch on ground not jack - no help with connecting chains etc...never again

ABEDALRHMAN AThis location was a convenience store. The clerks had to operate with attending to customers purchasing products and working with my rental agreement at the same time. This experience took longer than at a regular Uhaul only location.

carol pExtremely frustrating service. The location first questioned if I was at the correct pickup location. The location also served customers in between doing all the paperwork, paying, etc., which was awkward and added unnecessary time to the process. Finally once I got the truck, just as we were ready to back out of the parking lot, the sales clerk ran out and told us to wait. So I went back in the store and he was on the phone with who I believe to be a coworker and they were speaking a different language. I asked what the issue was and he told me to wait. He proceeded to take a picture of the contract while on the phone. He told me the truck “still appeared as available.” After about 5 minutes of being told to wait, I called the customer service/reservation uhaul phone number and had that representative speak to the sales clerk. After they spoke I was allowed to leave. This experience was EXTREMELY frustrating and the whole process took almost an hour! Just for picking up a truck!
Emily KI have been a customer with uhaul for a long time so i understand the rates and service charges that apply as well as charges for mileage . I was overcharged on a few of my rentals because these local stores dont understand the fuel reading and insist on charging for fuel surcharge after i have explained that i have receipt from gas station where i just put fuel in truck literaly minutes before i returned truck . I would ask that rental agreements be adjusted to specific vehicles as some of your trucks have 1/4 , 1/2 3/4 reading and some of your trucks have 1/8 , 3/8 ,5/8 reading thankyou in advance . I rented 20 ' truck mileage i put on was 11 kms and i was charged 74.50 ...... and my $20.00 gas at esso that i put in the tank so $ 94.50 total

Harold VCashier had no idea whatsas going on.Didnt have me sign a contract, didnt even go out to the truck to go over an damage with me before hand. When getting the key showing us how much gas there was inthe vehicle, It was not the proper amont which cost us more out of our pocket.
