Doug was informative and helpful. Made me feel confident about driving such a large truck and trailer over 600 mi. He helped me with getting my car on the trailer too. Equipment was well maintained, and I felt safe on mountain roads and highways.

The folks at Freeman are great. They went out of their way to get me a truck. That being said, there were no 10, 15, or 20’ trucks available anywhere near me. I had to get the larger 26’ for a one bedroom apartment. Uhaul proper needs to do a better job of providing trucks that people need.

Don't have them reserve at one place, expect to pick it up at that same location just to get a text much later to pick it up at a different location. Those people were very nice but it WASN'T convenient for me.

Door locks didn’t work so I had to crawl thru the back and use a long wooden dowel to unlock the doors thru a tiny hole in the cage. Heat did not work at all and the rental company never sent anyone to fix it after they were notified and they said they would.

The service at Doug Freeman Storage Facility was very professional and personal. Mr. Freedom took care of my storage needs like a pro. Debbie was very pleasant every visit. I recommend this facility for anyone who needs dry storage for their personal items.

I was way overcharged. Charged several times and have yet to have my money refunded. The bank is still holding funds from another charge too. I have moving expenses so this is not good customer service at all.

This is the first time ive ever rented from Uhaul and had to go to a different location than requested due to not having equipment. This ended up costing me more money in both gas and miles. Pretty fucked up business model.

I don't remember her name, but the lady who helped my girlfriend and me was freaking incredible. Best customer service I've had in years. Years. Make sure to read that again... YEARS. She and my lady are cut from the end cloth of delightfully quirky, so that was fun. But she was incredibly professional, helpful, and an all-around joy to work with. Wonderful experience. The gas tank was empty. The readout said it had 32 miles left on the gas it had. I had to immediately put gas in it. I returned it with 35 miles left on what gas I put into it. NOW, I have been charged a $28 fuel fee!! I REFUSE to pay that!
