I had no esrly contact with the company The emailed an atated someine would call to finalize No one called The process was frustrating.. just kept getting ads for more storage etc but not real help

We had terrible weather but it was a week earlier. I had a hard time backing the trailer up to unhook it....snow wasn't cleared real well. No staff during working hours but I called and the owner apologized that he has had staffing issues. I would recommend the location to a friend because it's 30+ miles closer than anything else around here. The 6 x 12 trailer was awesome - well built and I appreciated the extra braking from the trailer as the roads were kind of bad.

Curtis did a wonderful job even being super busy getting cars ready, I attempted a reservation online and it failed to go through properly, so he was willing to help, I normally just check the trucks out myself beings I rent a lot. And most of the time he is not there when I pick up the truck because it is not during business hours, the truck was kept very clean and was 100% ready to go, the lot was very neat and well parked, the office looks good and greated quickly upon entering to the location I have been referring his location, I would say it's in a odd spot but it has tons of potential and (U-Haul should put a sign up by all of the businesses) if you want a great location go here he has been nothing but awesome

Well seems like things never go according to plan, moving plans changed, 24/7 decided it wasn't going to work right and then returning went well until the app crashed about three times. My overall experience with Duck Duck Drive was great. Curtis was great and willing to help, the truck was kept well and I would definitely say he is learning, I look forward to seeing how much more potential Duck Duck Drive has to go with U-Haul he is new and small so not a whole lot of equipment but he has the room for tons more, as a frequent renter I have been able to see his location grow and build i will be reaching out to him to set up another rental Keep up the good work and wish you the best

3rd time using this dealer, and never had to go inside 24/7 worked and Curtis was ready to help if needed I rented a 26' JH and the truck was well kept and ran fine, I will definitely be back to rent more from him I will definitely share this dealer and yes he doesn't not have a lot of equipment at this moment but if you ask he will get the equipment to fit your needs

So Second time Using this location, Curtis was Amazing even after the issues I had with the 24/7 and 3 hours of no success with that, I came back when he was there and he helped sort it out, he helped me with everything I will highly recommend him every time I have had issues Curtis figured out how to fix it if you are able to choose a location and have a little more in your budget I would say come to Dyersville and get a truck you definitely won't be difficult with the choice Being a new dealer he also has moving supplies in stocks now which is amazing
