linda matlinMost of the problems stem from Uhau.com. Worst rental experience in my 72 years of living. No returned phone, calls. Nothing working on automated pickup. Rude employees EXCEPT for the last lady that helped me from West Virginia. It was just awful and YOU SHOULD PAY ME!!!
Victor WigerI used this location a couple of times and have been satisfied. This is the first time for 24/7 pick up and struggled with it. However the truck they gave me this time was clean but felt very unsafe driving it. It would shake going down the road and felt like it was coming apart. I was afraid to get it up to hiway speed because of it. Also, the brakes were very slow to respond. This is the first time I've had a bad truck or a bad experience with Uhaul so it won't deter me from using you again.

BRIAN BISHKOUhaul online check in did not work. Was charged two additional days. Called Monday t get corrected. Never heard back from complaint from 1800 number. Not happy. Still trying to resolve. Talked to Franklin Place in crossville and cool springs Uhaul. Both said ok to drop using 24 hr check in. Not found out yet what went wrong. Not impressed. So far.

SCOTT SCHRANKHave a backup to digital access. Due to technical difficulties to pick up van, waited over 2 hours. A written, paper backup would have been quicker. They employees at this location was extremely pleasant and kept me informed the entire time I was there waiting for the”system” to work to both login the vehicle that had been returned as well as dispatching it to me. I find it very hard to not accept a check and a written contract to be signed at a time when the entire digital system was down and had been down since early morning.

Angelika LamieFranklin Storage location is horribly ran and not customer service focused in the least. Current staff is not friendly and not helpful alway citing some misconceived discussion with an area rep for UHAUL. Owner of facility cites one price for storing UHAUL boxes, UHAUL website cite yet another rate and my contract cites yet another rate. Beware of this facility, it would be in best interest for all to avoid dealing with current personnel. Unhelpful to say the least and very spiteful if you disagree with them. Will not release your UBOXES unless it is convenient to them nor will they accept the UBOXES back unless it is convenient to them. It would be in best interest to stay clear of this location, there are others in crossville TN local. When they do release UBOXES they do so without the proper covers which damages your goods when rain penetrates the wooden UBOXES. Steer clear of this location or your frustration level will nearly give you a heart attack. Current staff is not proficient with computers or any skill at customer service. Stories change daily.

Michael CapraKathy and Roby were a great help . After a 1000 mile move they were warm , welcoming, and helpful. Roby ,who was strong as Superman helped me unload the truck into storage during a snow storm. High praise to both. I am 73. This was a 1000 trip. The equipment performed great. Your people made it a great experience. There was always an involved supportive voice on the phone. My wife and I felt fully supported during the whole move. If I ever move again , I’ll use UHaul. Thank you
