The lights weren’t working on the first trailer and had to switch out. The woman at the desk was berating the man who was helping get the trailer attached. It was a little uncomfortable.

They were very friendly and accommodating. The transaction went very quick and easily. If I were to have a suggestion I would suggest a key drop box for early drop offs.

Trailer tire treads and belts separated 700 miles into my trip causing a 3 hr delay and inconvenience. Equipment needs much better attention before being rented

The pickup and drop off was quick and easy. The staff was great and the vehicle ran great and was clean and well maintained. No issues at all.

After returning before 3 pm as contract stated, they charged me 28.14. I wasn't informed that would happen. Not a very good way to conduct business. I was thinking the money I paid when I picked up the trailer that was it.

First, I was scheduled to pick up a truck in huntingdon, tn. Then my reservation was changed to Camden, tn. Inconvenient and had to pay more mileage. Representative did try to accommodate with decreased rate per mile. Then pick up truck. Equipment reserved was not in truck. Still got charged. When took truck back man tried to help but woman there was rude. So man calls customer service to help get refund for Equipment. First available rep was in Nashville district instead their Memphis district so she could not authorize refund. Why ? If she is first available Representative to answer she should be able. So $19 plus tax is owed. The bill was $103 including Equipment we did not receive but I was charged $106. What is the deal U haul? Just a terrible experience all the way around. Huntingdon is where we live. The man there said he could not go to Camden to retrieve the truck for us against the rules. Nothing within 100 miles. Camden is 39 minutes from huntingdon. I assume they are in different districts. This is all bad customer service!!! If you can drive a truck across this country and leave it with a different dealer they should have been able to work that out for us to pick the truck up in huntingdon!!! Do better!!! This is not the way to take care of your customers!!!!! Refund my money for the equipment!!!!

The people at vintage were very helpful . I stopped in before we took back the rental and they told me we’re to park and leave the keys in drop box . Very helpful .

I loved driving the 10ft truck. It was easy to maneuver and I was able to pick up some furniture quickly. The staff at the rental location are super friendly! I would happily rent from this location again.

The pick up Location was fine and the people We’re nice… we did the truck share 24/7 option. The U-Haul app and website rarely work making it extremely difficult to pick up your vehicle. U-Haul changed the location last minute and i was on a strict time schedule so having to travel and extra 20 mins from my home to pick up the truck plus 45 min-1hr on hold and trying to get the website to work so i could check in and get my truck was a big issue for us. Do not use uhaul to suggest moving helpers. Our helpers. Our helpers showed up looked at everything which was very neatly packed and organized and then left unannounced. We are unsure if they stole from us at this point as we’re in a temporary rental with our things in storage and haven’t been able to really unpack and do inventory. It took me 4 hours to get U-Haul to respond about the incident and then they refunded me just for the price of the movers. Because of our time crunch I had to book outside movers on short notice and it cost me triple the price because of this. U-Haul said they weren’t responsible for that. When you call U-Haul there is a different department for each piece of a rental, storage, movers. They will transfer you and you will sit on hold for 15mins-several hours depending on what they have going on. In my case several hours. Next time I will use a different company for all the trouble it would be much less of a headache to spend a little extra to have a moving company load all of your stuff and drive it themselves and then unload at the destination.

Individual there checked the lights on the trailer. Said he would have to call the repair shop before he could rent the trailer. If one light works so should the rest because they are wired in series
