Friendly service, and they even retrieved a set of keys that we dropped between our car and the truck. One suggestion is to remove the 293 Elm location, as all of the trucks are at the other location down the street.

Vehicle condition could use some improvements. It had a squirrely , loose feeling steering wheel requiring a lot of two hand work to keep it straight especially on the back roads, the dashboard odometer lighting was faded making it difficult to read at night, sticky dry coffee excrement was left spilled all over cup holder and front console. All this said, Frank was very pleasant and made the rental process easy .

Give Frank a raise i have done so much business with this company he has been the best i have experienced. I got around 9 emails from this transaction 9, thats the one after 8 and thats 7 too many. I got 6 text messages. While at the customers house I mistakenly clicked on the contract, so I could see the cost. Haha. Bad idea it just loaded PDF files the customer had to wait while I loaded up my credit card app to find out what the most important number to a customer is how much is costs. !5 different communications and none were useful to myself or the customer. Big business smh, your better then this guys.

We never used the the moving blankets .They weren’t in the bag ,Didn’t think anything of it until the guy charged me for using them.When I told him it was like that he rudely said we would never have sent it out like that .They never came out with us to look it over .My bad for allowing that but buyer beware of the crooks in this location.

The truck was not swept out and I had to clean before I could pack my stuff. The ramp was difficult to pull out and then tough to put back in.

Closed, after hour drop off...no one to check in and understand what issues I had. My guess is that the next customer will have safe condition as me QC process to insure safety/quality

You sent confirmation of pick up for my preferred time/ location choice. The day before the move I received a text changing the location and time of pickup. This location was an increase of 2.3 miles each way (4.6 miles) at .99 per mile. My pick up time was confirmed for 10AM and changed to 11AM. Once the confirmation was sent, my location and pick up time should have remained the same.

We had never towed anything before and the fellows that hooked up the tow dolly to our car were very helpful with their advice, it was useful on our journey. They also were wonderfully helpful in getting the car onto the dolly and securing it. Terrific service!

It was extremely easy and convenient to rent a truck from Frank Coffey. I was able to get a truck on pretty short notice and change my drop-off time without difficulty. Price was great, too! I will definitely rent from Frank again in the future.

I was contact by U-haul regional just two days before my move that my reservation, which I made 5 weeks before my need date, could not be honored. I was rudely told, "regardless of when you made your reservation we don't have a truck for you." Real nice when people have plans on moving, and you get that news! I contacted Frank Coffee (dealer) to inquire about a smaller truck or anything. They assure me they had the 15 foot truck I orginally requested/reserved. They deserve the credit here, not U-haul.

We dropped the truck off at night so I didn’t really interact with anyone in person, but I did have two phone conversations with people at this location. The only problem I had was the drop off day—an employee called me Thursday to ask when I’d have the truck back Saturday—I was under the impression that the truck needed to be back Friday afternoon—she assured me I had the truck at no extra charge until Saturday afternoon, but needed it for another customer as soon as possible Saturday. We had bad weather Friday and our move was delayed—I returned the truck Friday evening, and they had it for opening Saturday morning, as the employee requested—however I was still charged for an extra day! Not fair really considering I was told one thing by the employee, then charged anyway!

The truck absolutely REEKED of cigarettes. Like someone had hot boxed it all the way from Kathmandu. Also, I asked to pick up a day early, and they said no prob! turn in on the same day as you had already arranged. But when I did, I was billed for an extra day of rental. The truck performed well, and was very well-maintained, otherwise.

The original pick up and drop off locations were not acceptable to me, as I did the reservation online. However after a quick phone call, I was able to find a much better location with the vehicle I needed. When I picked up the truck, we found a much better drop off location as well.

Frank was great and very helpful. He was attentive and although it was bitter cold he insisted I stay in my car while he brought the contract to me and hooked up the trailer. Excellent customer service!

No one there. Did everything by phone. Lights on trailer did not work, In general reserved at one spot had to drive an hour out of my way to get. Why reserve at one location if not available? I would not recommend U-haul to anyone. Corporate very lacking in customer service.

The road needs attention going down to the lower area to pick up the trailers. Other than that, staff was very pleasant and accommodating to work with. I will definitely come back for future rentals.

Location and equipment were fine, but your automated pickup system was a train-wreck. More work needs to be done on your verification process to avoid major inconveniences and delays like what we experienced today with our pickup.

Pleasant location to rent UHaul equipment. The equipment was ready when needed, the vehicle was in very clean condition and Frank was very accommodating. Will return when the need for a rental occurs.

property is a used car dealership. the tow dolly that I rented was located behind the main building, down a steep rutted gravel road. if I didn't have 4-wheel drive, it would have been difficult to access the location.
