Dave was extremely helpful in getting the right equipment for the job, he was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. The Internet was extremely spotty and really need an upgrade. This would help with the whole process.

There were no lights on at the place. I get that's it's in the middle of the woods, but it was so dark that I didn't feel safe, let alone to be able see where to park the truck without obstructing any entrances.

We interrupted their lunch. We were told they would check the truck in after lunch. They did not know how to print a receipt and advised me that I would get an email. Not helpful at all. I would not do business with them in the future nor would I reccomend them.

I've rented U-Hauls before and they always came with dollies and blankets. I didn't check this time the interior. When I open the truck to get the dolly and start moving stuff, there were no dollies. It was Saturday, the location was closed and I had to call all around town to see if one of my friends had a dolly. Very unpleasant.

The 20 foot U-Haul was full of trash chicken wings, potato chip bags, Dunkin’ Donuts box behind the seat, a dirty mask from a previous renter, also cigarette ashes, and broken glass in the back of the truck.
Do you have pictures if need.
Tow dolly: Could not properly secure a vehicle due to tow dolly strap broken facility was closed this was not checked before leaving the location.
