tim tProvide a jack with the trailer to unhook from truck. I was not aware that a jack was not provided to lift the trailer hitch off of the ball. My wife and I were unable to lift it off by hand as we were doing self return and no-one was available at the drop off location to assist us. Fortunately we were able to call a friend to come help us, that might not be an option for all customers.
Ken BEMPLOYEE WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME OR LOOK AT MY PICTURE OF WHERE THE GAS GAUGE WHEN I PICKED UP TRUCK, SO THEY CHARGED ME $20 FOR 5 GALLONS OF GAS. COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIPOFF. GOING TO CHALLENGE THE EXCESS CHARGES AND TELL PEOPLE NOT TO USE UHAUL.
Eric PI'm still waiting for a receipt and a refund for returning a car hauler that I did not use the same day. I called twice asking for a receipt and refund and they told me they were going to do it but never did

Cassandra BFor starters your horrible high rates. Also was a bunch of grease/oil on floor of the U-Haul. Didn't have much to move but if I had to move a mattress it would have gotten stained. Like I told the guy when I dropped truck off, this is my first and now last time coming here. If I have to move or know anyone I'll tell them to try to go with Penske and boycott U-Haul and there horrible high rates. Even more messed up y'all charge what I do when inflation at 41 year high with most people struggling out here.

Jim SDrop off was at a local “feed and supply” store location we frequent for use. Smooth drop off since all is electronic now. It wasn’t busy, so employee (sorry, did not get his name) help guide my backup to park the trailer. Less then 5 minute.

Jordan SMake certain the dealer has the equipment asked for and there isn't a unnecessary need for an expensive upgrade. You had 5 days to get the correct trailer to the dealer. I checked in a day early and the dealer couldn't find my reservation even though I supplied the reservation number. Poor planning on U hauls part.
Dennis HPlan pick up during business hours. GPS on my phone did not match location and gate is locked across entrance/exit. Tim is awesome, though! I will always use this location in the future, even though it's 25 mi away from me, simply because of the top notch customer service.
