There was a confusing spelling of the lock code that looked like 3 letters instead of the needed 4 letters. Don't pick a confusing spelling with a space in it because on the app it looks like just 3 letters instead of 4. To make matters worse the first customer service rep I called insisted I was not doing it right and texted a link to a video which did not help me at all. I called again and they finally believed there was a typo/bad spelling on their end. I wasted like 40 minutes in all this.
