Just think charging mileage is too much unless you going out of state and more then a few hours

I have yet to receive any refund and should really be credited twice for the massive inconvenience of the whole experience

TYRONE MELTONTruck was left unlocked and cargo area was wide open. Did not have the appliance dolly or blankets I had rented. Poor customer service. They were unable to locate one for me the next morning either. Said they don't keep track of the dollies. Half of the numbers on their app were either wrong, disconnected or the locations no longer did Uhauls anymore. After calling and driving all over town was never able to locate one all on my own without ANY help on Uhaul's side, I ended up having to pay someone to help me move. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would NEVER recommend anyone use them unless last resort.

NOW, I can't anything good about the Corporate office. ONCE I received a call from U-Haul and the young man asked "Where is my U-Haul"? He was the most rudest man that I had ever spoken with and I was 8n banking for 47 years. (I had met some rude people; but he beat them) I stoppe

Precious WilkersonYes with the condition that you get the right person behind the counter. I had a reservation and when I arrived I was behind some other folks that had reservations too. That was fine. The person behind the counter of this establishment seemed to then think it was more important to take people ahead of me that were dropping off cars for service. I waited 20 minutes once I got there. Finally I stepped up to the glass and looked the man right in the eye. He then proceeded to help me. Now I have to say the fact that I have an account has no impact on convnenience on getting equipment rented. I still have to go through the same process at the counter as if I had no account at all. Its totally useless. You are still at the mercy of people behind the counter that have no interest or concept of customer service service.

Charles LogueI was greeted by someone who didn't know how to find my reservation. The one who did check me in and took my credit card was in a tank top undershirts. He was friendly, but not very professional looking. He took me out into the work bay and gave the keys to some else, who lead out to the truck and showed me how to open the cargo door and pull out the ra'mp. He said see these circles with the X. That means we already know about them. I found several areas without circles and took pictures. When I returned the truck, t h e man that couldn't look up my reservation took the key and told me, "If you owe any more they will put on your card. If it's any less, you will see a credit to your bill". They never offered to examine the truck or say thank you. My bill was less than the estimate, which it should been, but the phone calls and texts from corporate were more professional. If I need to rent again, I will go somewhere else.

carmine romanoStraps on trailer were not long enough to reach crank.....trailer plug for lights did not have any length to reach vehicle in order to be plugged in. We had to use personal straps to tie down and secure vehicle. Someone using this for long distance and no experience would have really bad issues and may get a ticket for lights not working.

JAIRO MORALESWas an inconvenience for my move at the very last minute and was charged $269 for a 26’ instead receiving a 15’ and mileage not waived as told by representative from uhaul. Paying $269 for an invoice caused by uhaul was not excepted very disappointing. Only had to move 3 minutes from old house to new house but had to get the uhaul from henderson to come to a 3 minute move in creedmoor. Uhaul was trying to scam as much money from me as possible so they thought. Will not use them again will tough it out with an old school who knows how to move for way less than uhaul.

tony worthamI put "yes" to cleanses of equipment. I would only suggest that it be a no smoking in vehicle policy in place. I got into vehicle and the smell of stale cigarettes was gross enough to make me nauseous. I tried to spay Lysol but that didn't help. Overall good. Need non-smoking available

john nelsonThe manager that did the paperwork cheated me out of money! I didn't realize it until I turned in the truck and the lady said you have one more day! It was suppose to be one way trip. I should have asked more questions because the bill was 460.00 plus 55.00 in gas! Read over paperwork with customers and have customers sign contracts
