Booked online the day before and when I showed up the app would not let me pick up the car. I went inside and the employee had me redo the whole thing and could not use the reservation which took 30 minutes. Then when I go to pick up the truck it was completely covered in ice and snow and there was a mountain of snow in front of the truck blocking it in. I also ordered moving blankets and they were not there and the employee said he didn't know where it was so I did not get any. When I asked him if they prepare vehicle and orders he said they dont do it. I wasted over an hour and a half there over stuff that should've already been done and had to ask the employee for basic stuff like removing the mountain of snow blocking in the truck.

Gary G.Set the staff up for success, call center in the US tried to over charge me and it was not a great conversation to have with a person at the drop off. Mind you they understood after telling them the situation but the gentleman that helped me didn't have a heads up or even a clear picture of the full experience I had. Luckily enough he was very professional and handled it well.
