Would not use the automatic option here there is no Wi-Fi so connected is impossible. After standing around waiting for 10 mins trying to upload pictures, finally the owner came and assisted.

I was charged more 7.4 (2 gallons) gas. The person told me the gas level should be the same as I rented. It was 3/4 of tank, I took a picture and returned the same level of tank. Now I was charged 2 more gallon gas fee. I hope they can returned my money.

Bernard M.I used the app to check in via my phone and I had a problem checking in. But the person on site was quickly able to resolve and get me on my way. They don't generate and paperwork so everything is sent electronically via email which is fine for me, but may not be to everyone's liking. I don't know if this is always how they operate or only because I had set up everything via the app.

Kim H.Facility was fine. It's a gas station. When I dropped off the truck, I handed my contract and my key to the person behind the counter. I assumed we would do a final walk-around. We didn't. I had to ask the attendant if this was the right place for drop-off. They took my key and contract and said nothing. I ended up walking out to the front of the building to double-check the U-Haul signage to make sure I was in the right place, I was. I mentioned the check engine light to the attendant and still nothing was said to me. It was a complete one-sided conversation. Overall a confusing transaction.

I only drove 6 miles and put in a gallon of gas. Then they charged me $4.25 for 1 gallon. The truck was clean but the location was horrible. You have to be able to trust the people you are working with.

Celina H.Reservation #: 27235420 Pickup and Drop Date: Both was 11/29/2018 EWING EXXON 1500 PENNINGTON RD EWING,NJ 08618 (609) 643-4857 I completed the entire Mobile Pickup process and received confirmation of pickup on the App. I then went inside to obtain the key, and the cashier (1) didn't know how to use her U-Haul system, (2) said I couldn't use the Truck as there were 2 reservations for 1 truck (that was not true), then (3) couldn't logon to her system. Finally (4) she called U-Haul Customer Service. A 5 minute process ended up taking 35 minutes. My blood pressure was spiking because of the inefficiency of this location, I was 45 minutes late to see my Client and I lost $80 in billable income as U-Haul made me late to see my Client. Several times she told me that she was unable to help me and I had to call Uhaul instead of renting me the truck. I finally received it after almost getting into a verbal altercation. I will NEVER visit this location again.

I went from one Ewing location to another Ewing location only making two trips and used about 15 miles total, I was charged for 62 miles. The employee refused to give my money back and was completely rude to me. I will tell everyone to steer clear of this U-Haul establishment.
