Rented a cargo van here. Pick-up and drop-off process was simple and straightforward. The vehicle was in reasonably good condition. No unexpected charges in the receipt.

Just I used 5 miles of the rented car, but they charged me for 10 litres of gas! So it was not fair at all! Other stuff was good!

There was no drop box to leave key. There was a box that was locked and it didn't match the return video. I left key in truck box and put the lock back on.

While the location and vehicle were no problem , i cannot say the same for the app used for off hours pickup , i found it hard to navigate and extremely flusterating to use , having said that i would not opt to use it again.

I received amazing customer service in the office. Everything was explained and demonstrated in a kind way. Our lessons were invaluable when we returned after office hours. We were able to easily access the facility and our unit as we moved in our storage items. The facility is clean and secure And well-designed. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.
