The neighborhood site was not professional and resembled a pawn shop.

Michelle ROur first issue was that we had trouble finding the building, as it had no sign. We didn't see any trucks around, which you would expect to see around a Uhaul pickup location, so we thought we were at the wrong place. I called to confirm the address and they said that we were at the right address. We noticed a tiny Uhaul sticker just above the door handle as we approached the unmarked building. This isn't visible until you're walking up to the building after parking. Next, the gas tank was only half full.

Joanne BMy comments are not a reflection of the pick up or drop off locations. My comment is on the bookin service of u-haul. I do not feel that it is stated clearly enough on the uhaul website that you may have to drive a signifcant distance to pick up the uhaul truck. It says "location will be confirmed". But if you live in a large center it is easy to assume that the location will be confirmed within the city you wnat to pick up the rental. I strongly feel you need to be much more explicit in explaining what it means for the location to be confirmed & what that may entail.

Patrick TI cannot understand properly what the representative told me, I had no contract on my hand they told me the truck was below a quarter of gas tank I left it in the same level now I was charged for a lot of money above my budget. So, you should reconsider since the estimated was about cad 83 at first but now I was charged about cad 180, which is not fair I feel treated as I do not deserved

Matthew WThe place was hard to find as there was nothing indicating it had anything to do with Uhaul. They should open earlier and clean the interior of the equipment. I have seen worse but the unit had been smoked in, was full of dog hair and overall not great including dirty windows and mirrors.

Jian SThe person was not even there and called me several times due to her having to go for lunch when I would be arriving. Only digital documentation was provided upon pickup. While it's not a problem for me since I have data someone else who doesn't would not be able to check anything since no print out was given. The gas level on the form was incorrect and lower than what was noted. The light cover in the back of the truck was missing and the light did not work in there.
Desiree HThis was the 3rd location we had been assigned since making the booking 3 days before. We found out about this last change when we arrived in Calgary 3hrs after driving from Edmonton and being told this new location wouldn’t be open for 3 MORE hours. We woke up at 5am in Edmonton and didn’t get to our move location in Cochrane until 130pm. Thanks for the runaround U-haul😡

Richard LThe employee there is very helpful to give direction and pick up instruction. They confirm our booking and we got what we want. The truck is clean and all in good order. We highly recommend this location.
Richard LWe showed up to an empty and closed store. I called the business to get directions.. and thats why someone rushed over to open it. The person who opened the store was not the person that could help us. We waited 20 minutes past our pick up time for them to show up and it took another 20 minutes for them to sort everything out, I had to remind them twice about the dollies and furniture pads we rented too. The uhaul had a rough time starting, the power steering was on its way out and when we were unloading our items, the truck started leaking gas. This was absolutely the worst uhaul experience of my life.
Ashley TWhen I dropped off uhaul it was closed and that’s fine , the issue was no uhaul sign indicating that’s a uhaul location ! Even though that’s the address that was in my email details , no drop box so I have to drive all the way back to drop off key ! Then I was charged extra for gas when it was exactly where it was when picked up !
Belinda PUnit not filled with gas bugs on the windows napkins and food left in the cab. Not all the marker lights were working tire pressures were not up to regulations and not equal all around. Motor was low on oil and no windshield washer fluid. Usiness where I picked up from looked as they used the units for their personal delivery of their products.
