When I picked up trailer only one person was available to manage both convenience store and UHaul pick up. When I returned to drop trailer the lady at the counter said she could not accept turn-in and told me to take it to another location.

MIKE EGANHad to wait for employee to come back to the store which put me a little behind for what I had set out to do. Cab had trash in it. My reserved equipment a furniture mover was unavailable so had to settle for a dolly. It ended up not working for what I rented the truck for. Overall, a very poor experiences
Trent GhoramWas given a 2 wheel tow dolley with one side of the ramps being held on with rubber bungee cords instead of a pin. It was only discovered by uhual staff at the powers blvd location after going back to that location to pick up my car from the parking lot that I was going to tow with my truck that the dolly was not road worthy. I didn’t get to use the dolly for what I paid I basically just towed it from one location to another, thankful for the powers blvd staff that was able to point out the problem but did I just waste my money? Yes.

Michael DegeStaff did not want to help, poorly lit area, told me to use the app for drop off instead of helping, did not help with removing the trailer. Poor signage and confusing layout made drop off confusing. I had to use a flashlight in my own vehicle to have enough light to take the photos.
