Nothing. Reservation process was easy on-line, pick up process was swift, explained and detailed. Rep was friendly as well. Return process was very easy and receipt was prompt. Overall a great experience for first time renting a U-Haul.

Monica SI have a real issue with this place. I had ordered the Uhaul from Diana’s Imports and this location would not allow them to come get the truck so I could pick it up there. Not to mention, I wasn’t told this until I was already on a plane down there and was having to deal with this between flights. I was actually purchasing merchandise from Diana’s and it would have been so much more convenient to have picked it up there. This location is just greedy. I use to rent Penske trucks when I went to Laredo because one time (before Diana’s started renting them) I had a reservation for an Uhaul truck and there wasn’t one available and no one really cared. I was told I could go pick up one about 80 miles away. I never had this issue with Penske. I’ll think twice about where I will rent one in April.
Stephanie DTruck was dirty, and didn't seem very well maintained, it had broken mirrors, and the tires were flat. The price for rentals is way too expensive at this company.
Brian PThe miles I was given for the trip wasn’t enough I only drove home and to return it was 40 miles and I got charge for 36 extra miles I think it should have more miles depending on the drop off location

Juan GYou guys owe me 50$ from the supposed reservation guaranteed. I went to a location that your customer service representative said was a location that had a slot for me available. I show up, and there was no appointment scheduled, I ended up taking the truck from another customer by accident, and my credit card got charged from another uhaul location, along with my hold on my debit card from the location I rented from. Absolute horrible experience with you guys this time.

VICTOR SEl Milagro literally made a milagro for myself & family. Uhual made a mistake but, the owner STILL went out to his business on his day off to get us set up with a truck when there was NO other vehicles available in the city!!! HIGHLY recommend and my family is extremely grateful for his business and amazing customer service!!!!
Raquel CU-haul center kept saying there were no trucks available in the whole city of Laredo. I went out and found 8 trucks at three locations. I asked them for a rental and when they learned it was for a one-way rental, they would say they were reserved for someone else. I waited two weeks to get a truck. I had kept in contact with the central office, and I contacted the center again and told them there are trucks but are all reserved. The center did not show any trucks for those locations on reservation. They investigated and got a truck for me right away. Based on my opinion and observations only, it appears the rental locations do not wanted to rent out one-way equipment because they would run out and have nothing to rent out. To keep the cash flow they need to rent out only locally. Unlike like other cities, its rare for trucks or trailers to come into the city.
