Eugene HicksU-Haul app does not let you upload the pictures effectively when returning rental. The app also let me book a truck size which was not available at the selected location, so we had to use a smaller size rental, which resulted in more trips needed to move our belongings to our new house.
Madison GreenFor one stop over charging people. I am now pursuing my money back 2355 Elmwood. They are overcharging me on my miles and i want my money back. I went 8 miles and they are charging for 12. I have proof on my phone and the receipt given to me at the time of rental return. The truck was filthy and stunk inside very badly. not to mention it did not run right. I think the transmission is going. So please return my money. I will be going to the better business bureau. Michael CochranI came here to drop my Uhaul off after a multiple state move. The check-out was easy and self-guided. The man working came out to make sure I didn't need any assistance and was able to smoothly return the truck!

Donald Dean$5 worth of gas in the truck, then charged me a $25 fuel charge. they lied about when I returned it saying I had it for two days. When I clearly didn’t. Would never rent from shady gas station U-Haul again
Adam StockwellTruck was parked nose-in, in a busy gas station. Wasn’t brushed off from a heavy snowfall, when I started it up to leave, it had no gas! “13 miles to empty” to be exact. Got to my house to start moving only for the ramp to be frozen in place and the main door to be frozen shut, had to pour hot water on it to open. Poor customer service, cared more about cashing out their overpriced candy and sodas than addressing me as a renter. Negative score if it’d go that low!!!

Jennifer ColemanThe urgency for the availability at Komar was right on. Definitely a lifesaver for the moment. Which is why the dog haired that was in the cabin for the driver was horrible. The smell of the dog was horrible but it did allow me to complete what I needed to do I definitely would recommend U-haul and their location but they need to make sure that whoever is using it need to keep them clean.

EUGENE BELTONI should have gone to a U-Haul center but the booking service on U-Haul's website recommended the closest, and I'm new in my area so I went with it. I could not do self check-in despite booking it that way and finding out at the start of my reservation that I couldn't. The attendant originally did not have her portal log-in and asked me to check myself in. I booked furniture pads and a dolly; this location had neither. The floor of the truck was covered in a sticky sap-like material. You live and you learn! I went to the Main Street U-Haul center for the missing furniture pads and dolly. That was more pleasant.

lisa missicoWe needed to use the van for a short amount of time to remove old furniture and pick up new furniture. The van was filthy. It smelled like cigarettes and stale bread and had a sticky substance all over the dash board, steering wheel, floor and seats. I wasn’t expecting a pristine inside but I wasn’t expecting that either.

We had to clean it out ourselves. The seats were dirty. There were gloves and chip bags in the front. It just was really dirty in there. We had to wipe everything down. The back of the truck was never swept out. It looked like it never ever was. I swept it but still had to lay a sheet down. And there was a phone charger, phone case, toys and wrappers. I have to rent a uhaul again for a move and I will be going to a regular uhaul location- not this convenience store one.

Pick up was 2:00 and never got out of parking lot till almost 4:00 It was a convenient store and when a customer came in to buy lottery cards the man helping us check out would have to stop and wait on customers. Then when I scanned my drivers license he had to do it 3 times because of the internet and not knowing what to do. It was very frustrating !!!! He had to call his boss for help 3 times ! Then he said we had to pay an additionsl $34.44 in order to get the keys, but yet he could not tell us what that charge was for....??? I had already paid $226.00 $5.00 environmental fee and taxes of $36.04 and insurance fee of $28.00 for a total of $295.04 I will be calling Uhaul to fiqure out why I had to pay that. I was not told I would have anybadditional fee !!!
DEBORAH ADAMSI had to clean the truck off myself in the freezing cold. The uhaul was stuck in the snow so I couldn’t leave until 30 mins later. Worst experience ever! I will never get a uhaul from this location again

Robert ScottMobile check-out was not working; what was supposed to make things quicker trapped me there for quite a while before I finally went inside to take care of check-out. Uhaul location fine, but shared with a gas station and a small parking lot (nowhere to leave your own car except on the street)

Also, I requested no Safe Move online, but when I got to the rental place they charged me Safe Move and said it wasn't an option. It would be helpful to not have the choice online for Safe Move. JACQUELINEDIANE O'BRIENI had to climb through brush to get into the cab. The interior was absolutely disgusting! I had to stop the truck, wash the grime from the steering wheel off my hands and wipe down the common touch points before proceeding. There was a very sticky drink spilled across the seats, in the cup holders and all over the floor. I hauled what needed to be moved and returned the truck as quickly as possible. I strongly recommend, in our covid world, to incorporate a cleaning protocol in between uses.

The staff did not talk much, just did what she had to do and showed me her ipad indicating that I owed additional money for extra miles. No discussion. I asked why I owed $54 more dollars and she didn't say, just shrugged her shoulders. Very unprofessional. If there was a language barrier, it needs to be indicated somehow.
