Location was great easy to find keys and locate truck. However truck needs some serious maintenance. It has bad wheel bearings or stuck brakes on the front passenger side and it shakes really bad in reverse.

Matt MConsistent hours being worked. Work the hours put on your companies website leaving early can be an issue for the customer. Ogles thankfully stayed open. However another U-Haul dealer closed before the listed 11 o clock time and I was there at 9:30.

thomas oMaybe have better communication with a location as to hours of operation. I showed up to pick up my U-Haul truck and there was a sign taped to the door stating that they would be closed for the next week. Tried to use the U-Haul app unsuccessfully. After speaking with a rep finally got the keys. I was promised by the rep that if I returned the truck sooner that my bill would reflect that. I returned the next evening two days earlier only be charge for the full four days. Reached out again to U-Haul and the rep told me that it would be another three days before anyone would get back to me regarding the issue. not professional at all! Still unresolved
Mandi WTruck was on empty when we picked it up. The fuel indicator showed as zero miles until empty. Was concerned we might run out of gas before making it the to station to fill up. Truck’s battery was dead, they had to jump start it before we could leave. The battery died again at our next stop and was stranded for an hour until we found someone to jump it. Had to leave truck running for the remainder of the trip to avoid a similar issue.
MARK WNo brakes and the Starter is going out!!! We were broke down for over 2 hours and when I called your roadside assistance I was put on hold and never did get thru!!! I would suggest half my money be refunded!!!

Amos SWell like all overpriced u haul rentals the tire sensor was obviously bad, the air bag sensor also displayed an error on the instrument panel, but it got my crap from point a to point b. Looking forward to the day I don’t have to over pay for complete garbage. The location where I picked the truck up was nice the guy was helpful and pleasant.
Craig RI would recommend renting from UHal. I rented a car trailer to tow a Nissan Rogue from WV to Wooster. Pulled easy and stopped easy I didn't really feel it behind me when going down the road or even stopping. Thanks UHaul
STEVEN SWe were told we had to drive 50 miles round trip to get our trucks. pretty sure there were more closer, as a relative noted they saw at another location. we're not refunded for the extra day we purchased and didn't need.

Matthew KThis was a drop off site not a full-service store. My only complaint was the difficulty finding the place. I went past the location once because the sign was only about 3-ft X3-ft, or that's what it appeared to me in the rain. I thought my GPS was wrong and circled back again.

Shawn PI ask if I should put gas in the uhaul after done he said just bring it back. He said there was 3/4 of gas and it was under 3/4 tank. I only went 26 miles and was charged for 30. I would of put gas in it no problem but he did not tell.me.to he said just bring it back. i didnt even use a quarter of a tank a gas. Very poor business man and I would not recommend anyone to use a uhaul from that location. Ask to rent a dolly and he did not do.it because he was in a rush to leave his business. Awesome he owns he own business but I will never use or recommend his business to.anyone. They charged me for 30 miles and I went 26. They took $95 out of my account. He said I wouldn't get charged for it. He lied. All around bad experience and a terrible business owner.

david hThe only thing I have about the vehicle is the window washer fluid was empty and the outside windows were dirty so it was hard to get the windows cleaned. Also for the registration part I was never notified that the pickup location was changed. I went to the place where I originally set up the reservation and they said that we don't have a vehicle for you. Your vehicle has been changed to a location in Wooster. This is what I was told. In which Wooster was in the opposite direction to where I was going. So I had to pay for more mileage than I needed to on this rental. I was not very happy with this. You need more vehicles in these locations. we have 4 places that I know that rents Uhaul vehicles and there was no vehicles available at those locations. I was told this has been an issue for awhile.
Dennis LWhen I arrived the computers at the location were down. I did not recieve the pads, furniture dolly or appliance dolly I requested. There was no contract signed and I was disapointed in the experience. The person who helped me was nice but I would not recommend that location to anyone.

Johnny MMy drop off experience was a disaster. I was wasted almost 2 hours. The only choice that uhaul.com gave me to return uhaul laughed at us. So there we were driving around trying to figure out what to do. Working from a cell phone made it that much more harder. I should be refunded half of the cost due to all the inconvenience this caused us.

ROHAN MDropped truck off when the location was closed. Had a problem with the mileage being calculated as kilometers instead of miles and the man I spoke with at the facility was very helpful in helping research the problem.
bob tThe 25 ft. truck rented has a seriously bad Wheel Balance problem. It rode extremely rough, although it didn't cause any problems with the load. At times it got so rough we thought we were going to have to stop and call for a replacement vehicle.
