This place added safe movers $15 fee to my account and I told him I did not want it when I got my bill it was on there. These people have not refunded me for any reason. He says I have to contact customer service which I have and they haven’t responded either.

I had requested a pick up at 8 am. When I got to the location I was told I would have to wait until 9. Then there was paperwork on my phone that I had to do before I could get the key to the Truck.
john CThe truck was clean on the outside. However, the inside was not clean. I wasn't able to put this on the return
Elizabeth DGood customer service thank you.
Ataklti AThe guy that checked me out worked at the convenience store register. He could leave his register to do a walk around. I walked around saw some scratches and asked for a sticker since other areas had stickers to show I did not do. He said take a picture. Then upon returning he stated I can drop off at any location. That’s why I picked up at his location to begin with. To avoid paying driving miles from one side of town to the other. Then returning he said he was open 24 hrs he then did not check me out on lab top so me that I lost trust I called customer service twice to help me close my account to get checked in and a receipt. Then the new guy at the register decided to be weird and take out picture from around the corner hiding. My daughter was in car waiting for us since we were dropping off. Never again. Vehicle says $19.00 but after all these fees it came out yo $75 bucks for 4 hrs. Not worth it.
Blanca TFast service convenient to fill up on Gas station
Vivian ZI got charged extra and I brought back an hour early with gas
Mark LAfter my original pickup location was closed after our confirmation. I was sent to five points. They're the place was dirty, vehicle is dirty, and the person that I was dealing with was very ugly in customer service.
Juan CThat just give you a key don't check you out or in they charge me for 2 days for one
robert bMaintain accuracy for drop offs so you don’t get over charged
Xavier GIt was more of a drop off location, but for some would feel uncomfortable. Quite a few homeless people around that might make one feel uncomfortable. I would not probably go there to rent, drop off ok.
Mike MThe attendant was not helpful and rude. The gas tank wasn't full and I ended paying for it.
Kevin BEngine light was on. Gas meter on pdf was incorrect.
Yahaira PI recently had a reservation picked up at Five Point Convenient Store in San Antonio, TX at 126 Fredericksburg Rd. This was unquestionably the worst experience with U-Haul I have had. When I arrive for my pickup, the cashier had no idea how to handle U-Haul reservations nor was he aware. He had to call his boss and had me speak to him over the phone. While I was using my rental truck, I left my car at the Five Point Convenient Store. When I arrived my vehicle was not there. I went inside and asked the cashier who once again had no idea whether the car had been stolen or towed. He claimed to have no knowledge despite me being able to see their security camera monitor with a camera pointed directly at the parking spot. Once again, he gets his boss on the phone who tells me he has no contact info for a towing company and that they are not responsible for it at all. How is a business unaware of any information about a towing company on their property? This forced us to wait at the convenient store for a family member to pick us up. Five Point Convenient Store is located in a crime ridden part of town. While waiting outside, a customer verbally assaulted my 61 year old father and attempted to escalate it to a physical confrontation. When we arrived at the tow truck location it was conveniently located just a few minutes from Five Point Convenient Store. Hmmm I wonder why? Sure seems like an agreement between the tow company and the store. This location should not be a pickup location for U-Haul. It’s absolutely shameful that U-Haul does business with this store.
Thomas RGuy working at store was not very helpful, waited on ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS BEFORE HELPING ME. COUPLE TIMES HE MADE IT A POINT TO LET OTHER CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME.. I NEEDED THE TRUCK I RESERVED.
Tim RDo not have a pickup at this location. Not a safe area and nowhere to leave vehicle if picking up uhaul alone.
Karen OIt would be best for your customers to sign up online. The convenience store operator has plenty to do with all the customers coming in there.
