Everything was clean when I stored my things. I didn’t really interact with the staff too much but when I did they were nice and helpful.

I really loved this storage. It was so convenient to our home. It is a smaller storage however bigger is not always better. Anytime I had a problem the owner Mike was so professional and understanding in working with me. I would definitely recommend this storage place to someone else.

Economy Self Storage does not appear to be affiliated with U-Haul. As such, they do not offer a first month free with a truck rental, as suggested by the U-Haul website.

Arrived at the storage facility and the place was locked and I had my truck load ready to store my things. No one was available to help me at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. Shames. I called no answer.

I was helped courteously and quickly by the staff and they were very helpful to complete the application process and get my vehicle stored for parking.

We were fully happy with the cost, service and facilities. If we have a future need in the Philadelphia area (25 minute drive, $5 bridge fee), we will return.

The staff at the Economy Self Storage was very helpful. The person who handled storage was not in the office, but the other staff member on duty took great care of me. Terrific customer service.
