Deciding to move from Missouri to North Carolina with a twelve day window I was overwhelmed but Polly and Brian were the most incredible people I have ever met in the service industry. They were not only warm and welcoming when I arrived but made my experience in renting and moving very satisfying. They assisted me with moving supplies, suggestions on the rental, offered assistance in packing and loading etc. He brought me additional blankets, boxes as needed and let me know that I was not alone in my endeavors. Brian helped me for two days with loading my truck and asked for nothing. He made sure I was set with my travel plans along the way, explained the truck in its entirety and made me feel safe in my travels. When I wound up having items that were not going to make it onto he truck, Brian personally found me a truck and trailer as well as a storage unit for short term rental. He made all arrangements and brought the paperwork to me. What an amazing man! My faith in humanity was restored with our encounter. I cannot remember ever feeling so at ease with such a stressful situation. I would recommend Dulle Mini Storage to anyone and everyone who needed their services. I am a grateful, satisfied customer and plan to write reviews on every platform! Best UHaul I have ever used.

This place was amazing. Hands down the best. if I didn't go here, I would have been robbed by UHAUL. He assisted us with the mileage replacement since I had to drive more than 40 miles to pick up a truck. This is the only place I would go today.

Didn’t explain the miles to us and didn’t highlight that info on ONlY 54 miles,, we tried to give him an address he refused( oh it’s ok I’ll just put one) we repeatedly told him we were going to Saint Robert exit 163 road ranger….😡 unfortunately they are all independently owned!

yes I would recommend this location to all needing to rent The agent made sure that I was comfortable with equipment ,went out of his way to make sure drop off would be convenient for my time schedule. When I rent in the Lake of the Ozarks region I'll be back

When the customer is to make a long distance one way, it would be preferable to let them know the truck does not have cruise control. That was a major issue for my leg, foot, and ankle. I was a little concerned that the truck I rented had 133K miles on it. But I got to the destination pretty exhausted.

The gentleman at the Camdenton UHaul (the one by Casey’s gas station) was very kind and very helpful. It took several calls between us before I was actually there for vacation to store my boat trailer. He was very patient and friendly. The check-in process was easy and fast. I wish I could remember his name!! But anyways, I had a great experience because of his kindness. Thank you!!

The truck cab was not swept out and it smelled of cigarette smoke! As well the check engine light was on and the truck had to be driven in manual because it would not downshift in automatic.
