Rentlok is clean and friendly. Rentlok is dependable and trustworthy. I hope I don’t make the mistake of using any other location for my U-Haul needs.

FREDS MThis location is staffed by friendly people who are pleasant to be around. I have been to other locations like the ones in Ocala, Florida that are staffed by ominous individuals who are covered in tattoos and rude. The Plant City Rentloc location are the model for friendly customer service. I can’t say how grateful I am to be able to have such a great place so close to home. Did I mention they are friendly and pleasant. Thank you.

Marc CI'm not sure you could improve on what my experience was. Mo was very nice and professional. He gave clear instructions and answered a couple of questions that I had. He is quite competent at his job. The van I rented was in perfect condition.

Jeff YVery rude couple on day I arrived. I ask about the gas circled on rental form. It looked like between 1/2 and 3/4. I questioned him and he got the highlighter out and circled again, with an attitude. I said well how much gas is in truck. He said a 1/2, I said well that's what I will have in it when I return. My daughter was there she understood how rude he was. I returned it the next day. I wrote down mileage, but they said it was different, 20 miles. My card was hit for the extra mileage. I was climbing back up to get mileage. We all can make mistakes. Maybe I did maybe they did. Six back surgeries and my pain isn't worth it. Never have I been so disappointed with U-haul . I've been a customer since 1993. My nephew says use Penske.
