The gentlemen that helped us were so nice and reasonable they gave us time to bring the truck back easy to talk to if we had a problem we would just call them to update them and it was like they had no issue with it! I definitely recommend this place to others
Mariarenee GrajedaUhaul website is not location specific meaning that the other tools, boxes, DOLLIES, etc. offered on the website are pointless because most 3rd parties will not carry the inventory. Relatively easy to check in, pick up, and check out. 3rd party doesn't clean the uhaul that well but that's there issue.

August GryparisGenerally, the experience was okay. The process of picking up the van took longer than expected because we had to drive back and forth from the auto shop to where the vehicle was parked a couple times while using the app. However, when we tried to return the vehicle, the app instructed us to leave the van in the parking lot of the auto clinic but the parking lot was gated and locked and there was no other place to park the vehicle nearby. I waited on hold for U-Haul customer service for over 2 hours before speaking with someone. The women I spoke with was very nice and helpful and told me to keep the van over the weekend and drop the van off at the auto clinic on Monday morning when they opened next. She told me I would not be charged extra for this. When I then dropped the van off on Monday, I was ultimately charged for the extra days. I spoke again with someone from customer service who told me I would receive a refund. The people at the auto clinic were very nice and I don't have anything negative to say about them, but modifying the instructions and planning for the fact that the auto clinic isn't always open would have helped prevent all these issues.

Robb DrinkwaterThe rental location was fine, but it was frustrating that I had to wait for uhaul to verify me even though I’ve used them twice before without a single problem. It cut into my rental time.
DANA LANDI scheduled a pickup for over the counter and the location was closed. Took over 35 minutes to edit my reservation to a mobile pick up which delayed my move in. Also, the truck didnt have the furniture pads that I paid for. On top of all of that, I spent over an hour on hold with customer service to never be connected.

German Villagomez AvilaMy reservation sent me to one address. Once I got there I found that I had to actually go to a different address to pay myself for the second ride. This is money I think uhaul should correct. You sent me to the wrigley ng address costing me fare money and time I had booked with movers.
Hai LeThe staff at the location were very helpful and friendly, but when trucks are returned after hours you can't access the lot, so you have to park on the street. This also delayed my rental because I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8am, but the previous renter returned the truck after-hours, so the staff had to check in the truck when they opened at 9am. I had to start my move an hour behind schedule because uhaul led me to believe (after calling to confirm three times) I could access the truck prior to the location opening.

pat scheerGod the location on Division there was no sign stated for U-Haul that was big enough or visible when you pasted by. I pasted it twice and had to call the number which was an auto shop that also leases U-Hauls. I would have never been able to find the place if the body shop told me to look for their sign.
Desiree KempIn theory I understand the convenience of the 24/7 Uhaul service, but this will be my last time using this service. We had trouble with the app working correctly during pick up and drop off. Once we got to our apartment to start the move we opened the back of the truck to find there was 7 soaking wet moldy moving blanks inside the truck. When we dropped off this truck the instructions stated to drop it off at this locations lot...but the location was closed so the lot was locked. We then drove around for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and was on hold with Uhaul's customer service for over a half hour. It took over an hour to drop the truck off when it usually takes 5 minutes at other locations. Over all I think this experience would have been better if the location was open and was not a 24/7 pick up/drop off. I then think the truck would have been clean at pick up and dropping off would have been a breeze.

When I arrived to pick up the truck the location representative stated, at the time he received notification of my reservation he contacted corporate because the truck wasn’t available. Corporate failed to follow up with the discrepancy. The reason why I rated this location high is because the representative who helped provided a solution, found a truck that would satisfy two customers, and went over and beyond with customer service. Thank you!
Vaughn McCallumPicking up the truck was a nightmare. I would strongly not recommend U-Haul to no one . They sent me to 6 different locations for this truck . The pain and inconvenience and not knowing I would have the truck and hassle with the scheduling people , very unprofessional getting hung up on . Was not worth it .

Rosa SeguraI rented a truck out for 9 am and the location said it opened at 9 am but nobody showed up until 9:30. Then I was informed that they would remain open until 5:00 pm but when I came back at 2:30 pm, they were already closed. Then I had to drive around the neighborhood until I found a side street to parallel park the truck on, which was a pain and then resulted in me using more fuel which I was charged for even though I had just filled it back up to the 3/4 mark. The entire expirience was unpleasent. The Auto Clinic worked blamed them being late in the morning on UHAUL corporation. He said Uhaul was supposed to update their hours on the website but have not. This confusion left me looking unprofessional with my clients. I am upset with Uhaul and Division Auto Clinic.

Clarence BellI was very lucky someone was still at the store so they were able to give me the keys and back the van out of the yard. I wouldn't have been able to back it out on my own. They were lovely, it was a great customer service!
Kate DarmodyAuto-pickup system did not register a vehicle reserved for me even though I spoke to the rental garage a few hours prior. Milton from DAC who helped me with my rental was very responsive and took care of the issues in off hours. Be cautious of the auto-pickup system but you don't have to worry about renting from this location. Would rent from here again.

Jeff DennisMy pick-up location was moved without notice so when I arrived at u-haul store where I made the reservation I was informed I had to go to Division St. approx 10 miles across town. Eventually This change put me 2 hours behind for my elevator reservation at my apartment building. No fault of the Division St folks, but I was extremely disappointed with U-haul's handling of this matter and the poor customer service.

SARAH STOMBRESI showed up on time and had to wait over 40 minutes to get my truck. When I asked the attendant when they closed for the day he said "Two or three." When I returned at 2:02 the place was closed for the day. Parking in the area is very inconvenient. Bad service here caused me to waste over an hour of my time.

Brent FaberThis is not a legit UHaul outlet. While the moving company told me the movers could pick up my truck for me, the person at Division Auto Clinic said he had none of my information, so I had to quickly Uber there and sort out the situation. Did not come with typical moving equipment -- such as blankets and dolly. Would recommend using a legit UHaul outlet to anyone in the future. Not sure why this location popped up as the first result on the UHaul website given that it isn't a proper UHaul outlet.
Robyn LatchfordThe truck made an unbearable whining noise from both window wells on my trip. Utterly abhorrent service. Destination location was of no help in getting a refund (offered $25, give me a break). This truck is better used as a dumpster. I will strongly recommend to my friends to avoid your service. Pickup location did not have the furniture dollies requested. The business manager spoke very little English. Customer service failed to call 24 hours prior to pickup to confirm location (actual location was in a VERY bad part of town). When I called customer service the call was dropped and of the four reps I had to speak with only one was helpful. Absolutely shameful service. I will be reporting this experience for both origin and destination locations with BBB, Google and Yelp.
James PostLost keys called roadside assitance at 12am for locksmith never was helped or never got help sent my way found a locksmith around 9am did not return it on time uhaul charge me for 2 days after not honoring roadside assistance clause...whats the point of telling me to call roadside assistance if anything happens if they are unwilling to assist you while your on the road...poor service all around the board...will check ryder or penske out from now on...im sure they will honor the contract

Ashley ReaThis location and the personell were great, but UHaul as a company is something I would not recommend to anyone I know. The truck I rented is advertised as 19.99, but with all of the other charges, it ends up costing an exorbitant amount of money. I was not happy with my UHaul experience. You have a base rate and charge 1.49 per mile, but expect the customer to fill up the gas, then when the gas is not full you charge hundreds if not thousands of percent the price per gallon of gas. In what way is this a cheap way to move, as advertised?

DAVID FECENKOThe truck was nasty with trash and roaches were in the truck storage area I had to clean the truck myself before I could even put my furniture in the truck I was furious and pissed off.
THERESA WASHINGTONWhen returning the dolly I had to wait at least 45 minutes to be attended to in the hot store. After finally returning the dolly I drove home. When I got home I then noticed that my car had been sideswiped while in the parking on the opposite side of the car. I tried calling the store multiple times and never got an answer after waiting 2-4 minutes each time for an answer. I gave up trying to secure the security feed of who struck my vehicle in the parking lot. I drive a black Cadillac SRX suv that was parked in the left middle of the main parking lot. I was at the location between 12-2 on August 1st.
