The system had technical difficulties picking up and returning the truck; it was pouring rain, there was no dolly on the truck they sent me to a location that was supposed to be open and it wasn't so my husband had to lift everything

The truck wasn't really clean there was a dolly inside, beads all over the floor and moving mats were all over the truck not folded. I think that was from the last renters. No fault of the owner. Overall great, easy experience.
