Alan FMAKE SURE IF A CUSTOMER IS USING TWO CARDS THAT THEY USE THEM THE RIGHT WAY SO THE CUSTOMER DOESNT END UP WITH A NEGATIVE BALANCE IN ACCOUNT WITH CARD THAT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN USED. PLUS GET CHARGED! MARCY AT THIS LOCATION WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. I CALLED ON THE SATURDAY AFTER USING UHAUL TO GET MATTER STRAIGHT. DIDNT HAPPEN! WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR! GUY I TALK TO I JUST TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME NUMBER TO CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AND I WILL CALL MONDAY!
Yolanda JShe was very lazy I was charge for gas that I put back in the van . It’s my fault because she would not go out an check my van and I didn’t take a picture of my fuel . I will never rent from discount storage again. I will tell everyone not to get a rental from here
Louis MCargo area had trash and wasn’t swept. Can was very dirty, had ashes in ashtray, cup holders had stuff in the bottom. Pictures didn’t match actual condition of exterior. Airbag warning light was on in the instrument cluster. Have rented several U-Hauls over the years, always a great experience. First time I’ve had issues.

Diana Hwas not told about the drop box for weekend and was told had to wait until Tuesday to return truck because Monday was holiday and they were closed. When I dropped off key was told that I would be refunded for the weekend, but never happened. Was charge for have the weekend and additional $87. Was not happy with service and charges.

robert lEverything was quick n easy, only thing that I wish was different, gave me truck with 1/4 tank of gas. It’s too difficult to return on 1/4, so I ended up leaving 3/4 of a tank, at least $35 of gas too much n they wouldn’t credit me any money. They should help the customer with that issue

Gezim BI reserved the truck two days prior to the day I needed it with U-Haul truck share. When I got to the location I tried to check via the app to get the truck but I got a notification that said their is no equipment assigned to this reservation to please go inside to see the attendant. The attendant told me that the truck was still out and I would have to wait for the truck to return. About an hour later the attendant called me and said that the truck was now ready, so I went inside and the attendant did everything handed me the keys and told me where to put the keys when I return because the location would be closed. After having the truck for a little over an hour I brought it back to the location and placed the keys in the drop hole in the door like I was told by the attendant. When I got home I check the U-Haul app and noticed that I was suppose to do some steps on the app to turn the truck in. I called the location and left a voicemail to let them know that I forgot to do the steps to return the truck via the app. I rented the truck on a Saturday, they were closed that Sunday and on Monday I received a receipt to my email, they charged me for two days and I only had the truck for a little over an hour. The process to return the truck was unclear and I guess I have to be the one to pay for it. I live an hour away form this location but I choose it because I was picking something up for my disabled uncle who lived down the street from this location.
