Steven SOffice was closed when we arrived around 6pm so couldn't really comment. Place looked clean. Truck was dropped off. Not really enough places to park. There were 2 trucks already there and 1 space left to park as thier reg parking lot was chained off.

muhammad mCan't prevent highway street repair, but they do need a larger lot for parking their trucks. Also I didn't know in which building the office was located.
james jThere was a trouble message saying the air bag was not functioning. Did not prevent the truck from operating, traffic in this area is terrible but not your fault

Donnie HRuth was so accommodating when I showed up unexpectedly. She got my drop off changed to her site without hesitation. A big reIief as i had family picking me up there. Site is rated for big trucks but space is limited.

Steven HI was given incorrect pricing and did not know it until the back end when I received my final billed amount. Additionally their computer system was down and therefore they would not let me leave with the truck I rented until the system was back up and running. After an hour I was finally able to leave but missed the movers I had hired to help me.

LEE WNO IMPROVEMENT NEEDED!!! Beth and Leah were both so kind and professional. I truly didn't think people like these 2 existed anymore. I found this location on Google and it was very close to me. I'm so happy I found it! They will be go-to now, as i am moving and need a storage place as well as a truck. I also occasionally need trucks for work. I won't give my business to anyone else
MARGARET BLadies behind the counter were very courteous. The problem was they were not trained at all. Took an hour and 15 minutes to rent a vehicle, again not their fault. I fault management for putting them in thi position which I’m sure was very uncomfortable and stressful on them with us standing at the counter
CATHY CThere was no internet connection when I arrived and it delayed the processing time. The agent was very concerned and tried to be helpful. He got creative and finally used his phone to complete the order.
Marylyn Owhen I returned the truck I asked if she would give me a receipt and she said that I would get an email (note I was the only one there - she could have easily walked outside and reviewed it with me- as it was the first time I have used Uhaul I didn't think about it, ) - I did a day later with $150 damage charge which it didn't have! I am going to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Also I bought the best damage protection - not that there was any but, why am I getting charged?

Gary WThe inside of the truck was very dirty with spilled drink in the cup holders. The gas was at more than half a tank and much less than 3/4. I was charged for some gas and was above 1/2 when returned. Too subjective. Should always be full when you rent.
Richard DThis was my second rental from this location this Fall. The first truck was very clean; however, this second truck was filthy. It took my daughter almost an hour to sweep and wipe down the cargo area before my furniture could be loaded

Fred WI was charged for a quarter tank of gas when I took it in full. The person at the counter didn't check over the truck with me and just took the keys. Next time I will be forced to demand that the truck is checked with me there.

Charles WI rented 26’ truck. It got stuck at the very entrance to the rental location due to steep driveway. They did not tell me about that hazard. They couldn’t help me get it free. A man stopped and said he rented same truck from same location recently with same result so I know they knew of the issue. He says that he paid $450 for tow truck to free him. Fortunately for me a man with big truck with a winch stopped and got us free. It was discouraging that they had no real concern that the truck was stuck on their own property I had not driven it even 100 feet but I was on my own to take care of the problem. Also, even though the truck appeared clean in fact behind the seats were a lot of dog hairs that made the truck smell bad when I opened it up the second day because of the humidity and moisture of a heavy rain the night before.
