The problem was not so much this particular location. The problem was with U-Haul's insane way of fixing the problem with the hole in the gas tank. What could have been fixed in a matter of minutes by talking with a knowledgeable tow truck driver and U-Haul representative, instead it took over five hours, because of lack of upper management skills. If upper management has this courage, they can call me at 509-232-9204 so that I might help them solve this very easy problem!

I will not be using this UHaul service in the future. I'm very upset with the fuel charge I was stuck with. Upon returning the rental truck, the gas gauge was exactly where it needed to be to avoid gas charges, according to the contract. I will be disputing the gas charge ($30 service charge for putting gas in the truck and $14 for 2.33 gallons of gas). I'm not sure what recourse I may have since I don't have a picture of the gauge before or after. The UHaul website was not functioning properly and would not allow me to upload any pictures of the gas gauge (as well as my driver's license at check-in).

The system of replacing the fuel to the level when you got the truck is a ripoff. We have to relay on where you think it should be. I filled the tank to the level I thought it should be. You decided it needed 1.7 gal more and charged me over $12.00. How do I know who was right?

Truck was dirty. Low fuel, bad business allowing truck return not full. Difficulty in renting due to computer (Tec) problems. Need upgrades Not sure if renting trucks from a box business is working. Lacks staffing

The people were very friendly at the Fiscount Box Gallery. Better communication as to where to pick up the truck. We were given the WRONG ADDRESS by UHAUL. THE contract told us the supplies would be ready at 7145 or 7165 Mission Gorge; but it was not ready. The UHAUL TRUCK did NOT have a USB port to recharge my cell phone. It took a long time to process the paperwork even though I paid in advance .

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and made sure that I didn't have any questions before leaving. I guess the only negative thing I can say is that the exterior of the truck and the windshield were very dirty, otherwise everything worked well and I didn't have any problems.

This location is on a major road at a corner intersection & has driveway entrances on both streets, making it much easier to get going in the right direction. Also the parking lot is fairly spacious.

I don't know if it was just the circumstances of my particular rental, but there was a lock on the cargo bay door of the truck that made it unusable. It might have been because I actually picked up the truck in off hours and the lock was installed by the vendor for security rather than being left there by a previous user.

Clean the vehicles. I have rented five trucks in the past year and they are always dirty, I fill out the reviews every time and I feel like it is a waste of my time. It is falling on deft ears.

Everything went well. Be prepared to use your phone to scan your driver's license. You will probably need Google Chrome for it to work properly. I personally would prefer not to do this on my phone, but it's how they do it these days. Personnel was thorough, polite and professional. I would recommend this location!

The truck was nit cleaned. There was a foul smell in the cabin. It was smelling of animal waste. When I turned the AC on, it made the odor strong and bad. Definitely it was not from outside as I drone 38 miles it was there entire time

We had reserved a regular dolly but they didn't have any in stock. They have us some kind of roller thingy that worked well. The key drop off was hard to locate but we figured it out. They guy who checked us in was pretty cool

My phone died literally at the last minute while I was taking a picture of the mileage and gas. I dropped the keys and was on time but noted that I might have to pay a service charge. It appears I was not charged the service charge and am thankful for that, but maybe having a backup/contingency in case a renter can't check in after hours on the phone. Otherwise things were great. Thanks.

I called the main u haul phone to reserve a truck in the Mission Gorge location in SD. When I arrived at that store which was only 2mi from where I called, they didn't have my reservation. The email confirmation revealed the reservation had been made at my home location, Poway, 15 mi away. Canceling the reservation so I could rent a truck from that location was very difficult.

The no contact pick-up and delivery was difficult. It took a half-hour to pick up the truck. On top of this, I was charged for an appliance dolly, $10.00, and a utility dolly $7.00. I reserved an appliance dolly as well as a utility dolly. However, when I picked up the truck, there was only the utility dolly. The lack of the second appliance dolly was a HUGE inconvenience and made my move more challenging. I called to receive assistance while navigation an already stressful move only to be transferred multiple times and placed on hold for one hour! I did not connect with a person an hour, so I hung up. When I returned the truck, I noted my situation, specified the item I did not receive and the amount of that item. Regardless of this, my final bill was still charged the $10.00. At this point, there should be additional compensation.
