The vehicle was in good shape but the cargo area was dirty. I would recommend this location as a substitute for the main facility I usually deal with on South Delsea Drive, Vineland.

I've rented from this supplier before. Just like last time the vehicle was clean, topped off with gas, and ready to go. The van fits a surpriseing amount of things and it had no problem hauling while absolutely filled.

It took care of all the things I needed. The woman at the counter was extremely patient and very kind. The van was beautiful and well maintained. I’m from Paterson New Jersey. If I’m in that area again, I will absolutely use the same U-Haul business. Thank you.

I was charged incorrectly. I rented the uhaul on august 18th, 2023 and returned the uhaul on august 20th, 2023. The invoice received the cost "Net paid today" of $203.36. Note: i was charged 584.00 and some change. I returned it with more gas then I rented it with and still got charged 13.00 for fuel and I had already put 10.00 in it before I returned it and only put like 22 miles on it so 23.00 in fuel for 22 miles was a rip off

Return same day I rent the u-Haul and received a call today on when I was returning the truck.

It was a super easy process to rent the van, retrieve the van, and finally return the van. I love the online automation, especially because I needed to return the rental after hours. The van was clean, full of gas (which also made it easy to top off on return! The last thing you want to think about when returning rentals is calculating how much gas you need!), and ran with no issues. The interior was spacious and was just the right amount of space I needed for my move.

The girl that worked behind the counter was not knowledgeable in how to operate the ramp on the 15' truck so she couldn't tell me how to use it. I had to watch a video online. I ordered a dolly when I made my reservation online but none was there when I picked up the truck. I had to use a small cart at my home to load my whole truck! I asked to be allowed more miles because I had to drive to another UHaul location first to put my stuff in storage since there weren't any storage units at the Bensalem location where I dropped off the truck, but I was refused. :(

Inventory needs to be true and up to date. It is completely frustrating for someone moving to find out they don’t have a truck when they reserved one weeks in advance. What’s the point of a reservation if one isn’t “reserved”?

First try not to scam your customers. Upon picking up the truck noticed damage, pointed it out to employee and basically sent on our way. When returning employee didn’t bother leaving building to look at said vehicle when we insisted to go over details, said “wasn’t his job”. No invoice received told we would receive an email. Email was never sent, called a day later and the employee stated we “hit truck” and “do we have insurance”. If the documentation was done in the beginning and properly the owner would of realized the damage was already there upon picking up truck. Would not recommend this company/business in renting your next uhaul

My contract said I was able to pickup the truck at 7 am. We had a crew waiting at the house to move furniture and boxes but in fact I wasn’t able to get the truck until they opened at 9:00.

The customer service at this location was great. The staff were very attentive and kind. However the check engine light came on the morning of my move/overnight rental. I had already loaded the truck and had an appointment with the movers. I was unable to return the truck before my move.

The woman at the front counter has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was extremely rude and charged us too many times. She also couldn’t or wouldn’t understand and let us speak when we’ were having a issue. She called the manager and handed the phone to my husband to talk to him because she refused to listen or understand what the issue was. Then she kept interjecting while my husband was on the phone with the manager. I wouldn’t recommend this Uhaul service because how rude the lady at the counter is.

Everything was great but I want to let you know that the gas cap kept coming unscrewed and hung while driving. Maybe it should be replaced. I had to keep pulling over to put it back on.

I think it’s misleading that Uhaul advertises a cargo van for $19.95, and adds on for mileage at the rate that it does. With mileage and tax, a $20 rental ends up being over $70. Disappointing.

Do not offer trucks you do not have. Do not try to change customers date and time rentals- the customer selected that specific date and time for a reason. More communication among uhaul and locations is needed. Moving is stressful enough without having to play the phone game of rental date time and locations for the truck
