Make sure you can have your location available when returning. We rented ours for 2 days but returned it within 24 hours yet it could not get my location for some reason to prove it. I did screen shot that it was before the 24 hours but still got charged for 2 days. No one called us back when we sent the having problems with location. This is not on the place we got it from the call back was to come from the main company.

Darin BuysThe app is terrible. It kept reselecting the more expensive coverage after I cleared it. Now I was charged 30$ for something I didn't want. The gas gauge was put back to where it was and I was charged for gas! The I side has sticky marshmallows that I had to clean so I didn't get charged extra. Overall terrible service

Jeffrey PhillipsFirst truck had a broken driver door handle. I was graciously upgraded to a longer truck, but i didn't need a longer truck. This truck had a horrible lifter knock at higher RPM, which annoyed me the entire trip. The truck was supposed to be full of fuel but it was on 1/8th of a tank, so immediately had to go fill it, which wasted even more of my time after changing trucks. I was given a $27 fuel credit. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. For a 2 day rental for $114 that got the job done, I am glad it was available to me.

henry Bardin1. Check truck availability sooner so that my reserved truck can be picked up at its preferred site. 2. Secure the actual pickup site so homeless are not using trucks and trailers for sleeping in.

KATHIE VOSPERI rented the auto transport and that thing was bent twisted personally I think the trailer should have been scrapped the frame was bent the ramps were bent the fender was barely held on one that folds down I'm not sure how to send you pictures I'm not really really good at that but I do have pictures of the trailer definitely not acceptable my phone number is 503-413-0052

Carter LairdThis was probably one of the worst experiences I've EVER had. And I don't want to blame Uhaul solely for it. It started with the employee working, we were a couple minutes late due to traffic and getting lost, and he made some rude comments about it as soom as we walked in. They are also card only, which when speaking to the same employee previously before, he never informed me so we showed up with cash. He made a big, rude deal about us having cash (as I'm on the phone with my sister who was sending me the money on my card) and without much of a choice he just decided to change it over to a self pick up and leave. It took 5 HOURS to pick our truck up. 5. Hours. I had to call uhaul 3 separate times to finally sort it out from what he had done. I will never suggest this location to anyone! He tried to run my card as the same price for cash, as well, before he decided to leave. The truck itself was very clean, and just perfect for what we needed for our move. Will NEVER return to this location again. And will tell family and friends to avoid at all cost due to poor customer service. Thank you 24/7 Truck Share for helping us!

Dustin RinehartMade the reservation online. Tried requesting a check in with a rep in the office but it wouldn’t accept it. The second option was a mobile check-in using my phone. That time the reservation was accepted. But the process of using the mobile check-in is lengthy, cumbersome and a pain. Made me feel like I was an employee checking in a customer. U-haul should have paid me to use that option. I won’t use that option again.

Marnie BuysI rented a trailer that was 6’ x 8’ and turns out the gate only has a 5’ wide opening. Drove two hours to pick up an item and when I got there discovered the width was 5’ not 6’. I called the corporate office and was told there was no replacement nearby, I would be charged if I dropped off the trailer in the closest town (30 min away) and they were closed anyway. No resolution was offered and when I dropped off the trailer the next day I waited another 40 min to do so. Went to Albany rental instead.

David WeberMy iphone wasn’t cooperating with the QR code and we couldnt log in. If it wasn't for the employee there we would have been stuck. The movers we hired through the app were a no-show, though an email later that night let us know that he had experienced a death in the family very recently, which I sympathized greatly with, but communication would have been best. I would not have minded at all if he had let us know before his scheduled arrival time so we could ask around for help earlier in the day. I would like to request a refund for the movers but not for the truck rental, simply for a lack of services provided. There are no hard feelings with the movers, but I don’t think I should pay for a service i didn’t receive. Thank you
