I would say the only thing I can say is maybe provide extended ice scrapers, as it is very difficult to get ice off the truck with a regular sized scraper.

Nacole HThe equipment is given to you with less than a full tank of gas. You put gas into the equipment to where it was when you got it and they still charge you for gas because you didn’t fill it to full. If I didn’t receive it full then I am not responsible to fill it up to full. I am only responsible to fill it up to where it was given to me in the first place.
BEATRICE AU-haul could improve computer system. I had unnecessary delays considering equipment was reserved a week prior to pickup, confirmed the day before & still had computer issues. Overall, not a huge deal.
Henry KEverything went well. I did have to get the keys from the office- I found the online check in very hard to follow. I also did not get my receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me. It never showed up.
