This was a hunk of shit. Starter didn’t engage twice, check engine light on. I am glad I didn’t leave the local area with this truck. If all U-Haul equipment was this poorly maintained I would not rent another truck from them.

Make sure they know to scan the barcode and download the picture of the dash for mileage and gas level. I wasn't aware, and then couldn't download a picture. Otherwise, it was a very good experience!

The person that helped me hook up trailer was rude, not helpful, and in no way professional. I reserved the latest pick up time and that obviously made him mad. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! His name is Charlie and he is terrible.

Receptionist pleasant and nice but the trailer was filthy and not ready for rental. Proprietor was utilizing trailer and needed to unload his items before I can rent it.

There was just the one truck that I rented at this location. It rode well and had no problems with it. The receptionist at the business was EXTREMELY courteous and professional.

The truck sounded like it was going to stop and have us stranded somewhere. I was afraid to ride in it. And it was dirty as hell inside. It took us over an hour to gain access online because the location was closed so we had to rent the truck online.. only to be given the broken truck . I was so upset wondering why didn't they clean it and why are they still putting families in this loud, horrible sounding truck. If my hubby wasn't with me there's no way I would have drove that truck alone. No, I wouldn't recommend this location to not even an enemy. Just terrible.

The people were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t check I side well enough on the inside ans signed off it was clean. When I got ready to load the trailer I realized it had not been cleaned out. I swept it out and loaded. Overall not a huge deal but I would have thought it would have been cleaned out.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The facility I rented from is closed on Saturdays. Nobody told me that and that I would need a lockbox code to get my keys to the truck. I waited on hold with U-Haul for almost 2 hours and could never get through. They ended up canceling my reservation when they saw I didn’t pick up my truck. But in the meantime I’m sitting in the parking lot on hold with you trying to get the code I need. Thankfully the owner of the shop showed up and was able to give me the key. So I was driving around in your truck with no record of a reservation as you canceled it. I had to call back again to set up a new reservation for the truck I had. Not to mention this put my whole moving day behind 2 hours. This has by far been my worst experience ever with U-Haul and really makes me thinks twice about ever renting with you again. I felt like I did nothing g wrong. I showed up to pick up my truck on time but you guys made this a complete disaster.

The older truck had an exhaust leak that was causing carbon monoxide to get in the cab if you ran the AC. Outside of that the service was great

Didn’t even get the size truck that I placed my reservation for which made my move complete hell and it took up the entire day because the truck was so small. Not pleased at all.

There was a dirty drink tray n front that they should have cleaned before I got in the it. There was a rusty dent on drivers side rear of truck that has been there for a long The lady that set up appt said shes not responsible for the truck.. that she works for the auto maintanence store. Made no sense.

Have actual employees who work at the pick up location. Have more employees to answer the phone at customer service- hung up after waiting for call to be answered after 30 min

The onlin e checked was awe full the locks was difficult to get open. I requested 2 dollys and neither one was in the vehicle and there was nobody at the place to get them for me.

the U haul was very clean and it ran perfectly. , I just wish it got better gas mileage. The woman at Crown Auto is so nice to talk to, which means a lot to me, and she has a very sweet personality.!! Everything was 100% perfect.

The online reservation and pickup was complete garbage. I had to enter duplicate information multiple times and still had to go in to have the same info added again. Then when I got into the shop I had to wait 20 min for the person to help me because she got sent somewhere by the boss of the car shop she also worked for in the same place. THEN i had to wait another 10 min for her to reenter all the info I already put on the garbage website. I will not reccomend uhaul to anyone or use it again. I would rather leave my belongings and just buy new ones because it would be easier and cheaper than this. Do better

Emphasis prior to the rental that the 10ft truck doesn't have a ramp, will that cause any issues!!!

They only have trucks. No furniture pads or dolly's.

Picked up the truck and it was very dirty on the inside; was not cleaned. Smelled of smoke and there were ashes, pop cans, and general garbage throuhout the cab. No other truck availabl to change into.

It would be nice if I could deal with my local U Haul dealer which I have been dealing with for 3 yrs. I had to go to another town to pick up my trl. I made my reservations a week in advance. I like your trls., I brag about them to my family and friends !

first off the only person able to release the trailer wasn't on the premises, so we had to sit and wait and wait for her to come in even though we were there at the appointed time causing significant travel delay. Second, the information she give us about returning the trailer within 24 hours was wrong. The place in Michigan said we were locked into the 48 hour minimum charge so we were inconvenienced because we were rushing to return it in under 24 like the woman said and all for nothing!
