gary jTruck was the worst I have ever rented. Very poor condition mechanically. Sputtered and hesited while trying to merge on to I40. Windshield leaked. Truck body rattled and shook at interstate speeds. Never felt safe in this truck. Poor steering response as well.

JACKIE JTow dolly was getting close to the end of usage. Tires were dry rotted, straps were very worn. When renting a piece of equipment ,I should not be worring about it making it to destination.

Linda CRemember to look into drop off areas closest to you and things I will mention about.. Call ahead to verify.. They are VERY helpful. Some accept product while they are closed. Please check this out, we did not have any trouble by doing. Please go the next opening day to release your product. This was easy and no trouble.
Charles LRented a trailer with suspect tires at best but it was the only 5x8 trailer available. Sure enough we blow a tire on I65. Waited 3 hours for the repairs. Service tech brought two tires and said there is no program in which these are looked at .. seems to me UHaul would rather you break down and wait. Total BS

JARON DMy assigned drop off location was supposed to be open on Sunday from 9 am to 12 pm. However at 11 am the business was closed so I had to do the drop box drill and the turn-on online. Had I had more accurate info, I could have chosen a closer drop off location and saved some mileage.

DIANE RWe had to turn this rental truck in and were required to enter all information through the website on our cell phone. It was difficult to access all the information and upload pictures. We had difficulty entering the mileage and it was entered incorrectly costing us $237.68. I was able to finally obtain help through the chat on the UHAUL website to obtain a refund. The picture of the mileage helped us to get a refund as we did not go over the set mileage allowed of 999. We only used 896. Dimitre helped us to obtain a refund, which was much appreciated. It was inconvenient to return using the website and we would have preferred a person to speak with and take in the return but for some reason this place was closed on a Saturday afternoon, when it stated it would be open.
