Bad communication between employee and i. Employee mentioned i can retunr trailor on Monday 2/5/24. I rented for 24hrs saturday. I asked employee if i can return sunday but he said they were closed and to just return monday Before 3:51pm. I get a call during work at 9am by new employee asking why i have not returned the trailor since i rented it only for 24 hours. She threatened to charge me 3 days for the rental when the other employee said there will be no charge. I took time off work from mesa to please this company after i was told otherwise.

The dissatisfaction was actually from the app... It only allowed me to pick from 4 locations all being out of the way from my end destination.
I was okay with the self checkout option it was convenient should I ever have the need to rent from U-Haul I think I would choose that option again.

Improvement has to do with Uhaul Corporate, not the branch. I had the truck for an extended period of time and wanted to extend again. I was told by a manager at Corporate that I had to take it in to the branch and turn it in, then recheck it out. It took time out from my day and was an inconvince to me. My credit card was charged every time I extended and went through fine. Is my money not good enough, that I had to be put out and made to feel like a thief or someone who is mistreating remap property? I almost ceased any business with Uhaul at the time, but Nancy at the branch was very professional and apologetic.

I only recommend this location if the manager Lisa is held accountable for authorization of my funds for the remainder of April without any approval. Lisa is not fit for anything requiring customer service or general courtesy. Her attitude and shrewd gestures upon multiple encounters hindered my decision of extending vehicle and returning it with her present. Please fix this for future customers I referred already.

Maybe have a fuel gauge to know how much to replace, or, just keep it topped off knowing you'd have to top it off on return. I always end up putting more petrol in so I dont get boned on the return/drop off. Great staff, great rig!

I had made a reservation at another location ( 242 N Camino Mercado,Casa Grande ) for 8:00 am but was informed the day before that the truck would not be there till 11am and on the morning we were supposed to pick up the truck they called to tell us the person with the truck was going to keep it longer. They found this pickup 3 miles away that we could get. When we picked it up and got home with it we noticed there was trash in the back of it. This truck obviously was not cleaned. What is the point of making a reservation if it is not going to be guaranteed ? They knew early enough the day before to get another truck to my prefered location at the time I had reserved. I was offered a larger truck for the same price but I needed a pickup that is why I reserved a pickup.

My reservation was for the wrong day, which would have been okay, because there was a truck available luckily. I had rented a truck 2 weeks earlier from Lisa who was great. We had problems with my phone taking a picture of my license which she easily fixed using her computer. This gentleman kept trying to get me to fix my phone. This went on for twenty minutes. I wanted to leave town because of domestic violence situation & a Uhaul was all I could get one way. It took 45 minutes to get this truck & the people involved happened to show up at the facility as I was trying to leave this letting them know I was leaving town & how!

For one my location was changed and had notes in my file that it has been changed but has not been communicated to me the customer so when I showed up to pick up my truck I was told they moved my rental to another location but sisnt bother to let me know so COMMUNICATE to toure customers and it put me an hour behind my schedule too but luckily the owner of storage place had a pickup available so she rented it to me so I will not be using your online website anymore customer service need attention and communication too

U-Haul screwed up my reservation that I had made 2 weeks in advance, and did not have the equipment that I requested at the location that I requested, so I had to drive 2 1/2 hours (one way) out of my way. I was not reimbursed for this inconvenience at all. This is a poor way of doing business.
