The storage shed was a good size and clean. It did leak in one spot by the front of shed and on one piece of furniture. My shed was broken into and half my stuff was stolen. At that time they broke into about 5 other storage sheds too. I do not think that the storage shed owners was at fault because of the break-in. I do think they need to install security cameras. But for the most part I had a good experience with them.

Again, not a problem with location of drop off or anything with the business there. All problems with U-Haul app and business. If I can help it I will never use U-Haul again. It says it's 40 dollars to add an extra day, that extra day cost me 125 dollars and I didn't know that and couldn't find out because I COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE! ZERO COMMUNICATION WITH THIS COMPANY.

Service was good but i had reserved a trailer and dolly in advance and received the email that someone would follow up with me before my arrival to let me know if the equipment was available. That never happened. Upon arrival i was told that the dolly was not available and that i could possibly pick one up at jonesboro. Another 30-40 minutes further. Due to the cost of fuel i decided not to. I was told that i would not be charged for the dolly. The price of the rental was still as much as it was with the dolly after the safetow insurance was tacked on without question. I was never made to sign any agreements and received a notification shortly after pulling away to do an inspection. I tried accessing the link but it was no longer available for me to use. There was quite a bit of previous damage to this trailer and repairs had been made but there were loose rivets and bolts which allowed the rain to come into the trailer and cover the floor. The rep i got the trailer from had a discussion with me about drop off. I asked about the business being closed on Sunday and was told that i could drop the trailer off in the lot but after reading that i would be charged 20$ to drop off after hours he stated that i could bring back Monday morning. After leaving i got an additional invoice for 40$ for an extra day. In the future being more informational and offering the option to opt out on certain services would help. Also explaining the additional fees that will be accrued for after hours drop off, etc. I never physically or digitally signed any kind of agreement holding me liable for the property.

Have the truck at the location you originally promised. Don't change locations hours before pick up. This is the second time you have done this to me.

Make sure you give the truck assigned online. I was given a different truck than online and was informed that it had a bad wheel bearing by the clerk. There was only a 1/4 of a tank of fuel barely enough to make it to a station. I was also charged an additional 17 dollars even tho I didn't go over my estimated mileage and the charge was a week later. I would not recommend this location at all.

The dealer where we picked up our rental was fine, however, my reservation was made in my home town, Jonesboro, Ar and I had to drive 30 miles to Leachville to get my rental then go back to Jonesboro where my rental was supposed to be handled to get the blankets I rented. Added a few kinks to getting ready to move.

Place was closed. It was a used car lot. No indication of where to place the truck. Uhaul had provided a call number to contact someone and no one answered the call. Location was not well-marked.

They didn't know what they were doing. I was there for an hour trying to pick up the truck and do the paperwork. I also called before to make sure my truck was there because I chose a different location and had to go there, so I wanted to check. And when I asked if my truck was there, they said yes. It's here and then hung up. Didn't even ask my name. Then to top it all off, they forgot to put the dolly in the uhaul, so I had to go to a different location and pick it up. Also, he didn't show me anything about the uhaul or anything like that. The paperwork wasn't even done in the office, he called someone & they did it, then he just printed it off and I signed it. & he said “ok, the truck is out front. The key is in the ignition.” Then that was all.

Waited 2 hours for my truck to be jumped off down the road, when they showed up with the U-Haul it wasn't mine. The whole time the one I rented was on site after being told it was another customer, truck interior was dirty and Engin maintenance light was on.

No one was there for normal business hours and I had to call Uhaul to get a receipt mailed to me. I wasn't able to fill out the form I needed to about my problems with Uhaul like I was told I would NEED to do once I returned it.

It was not Crabtree Co. necessarily, but it was the whole U-Haul experience that did not meet expectations. The reservation was made and U-Haul did not hold up their end of the deal. We reserved a 26ft truck but was given a 20ft. We were charged the incorrect mileage (I took pictures of the beginning and ending mileage for proof). We had to drive to another town to get the truck, plus we had to return it when we should have been able to return it to Paragould rather than Leachville. The overall experience with U-Haul was below standard/my expectation. I am not able to recommend U-Haul services to friends/family, and I will probably never use U-Haul in the future.

We were very happy with this location. They are closed on Saturday but they opened up for we could pick there is leachville AR. That was great for use and we will be calling that location if needed in the near future. Thank u very much..!

leachville drop off is more of a convenience than anything. The store is unmanned but all you have to do is make a phone call. Good people but wasn't sure about just leaving the truck there
