I live in La Verne. I reserved a trailer from the Pomona Self Storage facility on north Garey Avenue in Pomona which is about 2 1/2 miles from where I live. When it was time to pick up the trailer that I reserved a week in advance, I had to drive 19 miles one way to the pick up place in Chino Hills.

Miguel LI am very upset I was told over the phone that I had 50 miles allowed for 24hrs for 150$ plus gas for a one way. When I received my receipt that was not the case I was charged an extra 20 miles when I should have only been charged 7 miles.

Erick CNot sure. My experience was quick and easy to return the truck. Also I was trying to submit photos and mileage to uhaul to finalize return of the truck, and it wasn't allowing me to.🤷 Jorge was kind enough to input information on his phone and complete the process along with an email.👍 😊
Rachel TThey would not let me park on there property said they don’t want to be responsible for my car when I explained I have insurance he still said no and when I came back there was a ticket on my car for 45.00. And when I spoke to them they said it wasn’t there problem. They were very rude and not at all accommodating, I will never use their services nor shop in their filthy whole in the wall establishment. The van was filthy as well as their store. Nasty people I’m going to yelp the shit out of them the hade 15 empty parking spot when I brought back the van just thoughtless and rude

daisy rLocation was perfect. The U-Haul app on the other hand is a disaster. Trying to click back results in being kicked out of the check in or check out process, forcing a call to corporate.

David ALocation is set in a residential neighborhood. The area is somewhat run down along with the convenience store that acts as the front for the UHaul operation. Despite this the staff was helpful and the truck was readily available in a clean condition.

Rebecca CDo preventative maintenance on your truck. Check engine light was on and I needed the truck I was on a timeline to move. The trailer I rated had a tire issue too.
James PI had no problems with the locations. ALL 3 PLACES had polite employees. The problem is with U-Haul!!! I arrived at 8am to pick up the 26' truck only to find it had not been returned the night before. They sent me to another U-haul location to pick up the truck, then I learned that they had no appliance dolly. I was then forced to go to a 3rd U-haul location. I ordered moving labor through U-Haul for 10am and they did not arrive until 6:30pm. U-Haul failed on all fronts.

shane sService was very good. However, I lost my Toyota fob (key) to my 2022 Toyota Rav4 while simultaneously unloading the U Haul truck and my personal auto at my apartment. This delayed return of the truck for 24 hours while I unsuccessfully searched for the fob (key). If a Toyota fob (key) is found in the driver seat area of the cab or elsewhere in the cab, please advise me and I'll pay for shipping it to me. These fobs are very costly to replace. Thank you for your assistance.

raul CI tried to get the gentleman to come out to the truck so that we could go over the truck. He refused. When I asked questions about the truck and previous damage and gas that was in the truck I was told to follow a link on my phone. I believe that I was cheated by this location. I brought the truck back with the same amount of gas as when I left but was told I needed to put more in. I was also charged for milage that I didn't do. I would like for someone in management to contact me.
