I returned the van to a dark cluttered smelly office in the back of a garage like place. She didn’t let know my exact mileage and she was unpleasant. It was a very bad experience one I hope to never encounter.

The best service,, I was late for pick up,,, no problem, I didn't have paperwork in order,, no problem. I had to leave my truck there,,, no problem. I could not get there before closing ,( to pick up my personal vehicle, they stord for me, until I could get back to pick it up) they waited , no problem.. A+ service!!!!

I calculated and totaled the extra mileage I spent and had to go to work on the day that I returned it, and backed it back in, for them to charge me an extra rental tax of $28 and actually audacity to email me days later with these strange fees. When I paid $102 originally and went back and paid $79 for the extra miles I went over; they have no payment posted participating in the extra funds I spent and paid when I have photos of where the mileage originated and the returned state. I do not appreciate U-Haul for hidden fees; its absurdity that they toll and take measures to do it’s full of inaccuracies/incompetence. They also did not give me a receipt at this location when I paid the eighty bucks so I rate them one star.

The location was fine, the truck was fairly clean, but the truck had transmission issues, empty and loaded. Caused me to get only 7.83 miles per gallon on hwy.

The neighbor across the way was an ass hole and yelled at me called me a big bitch and hit my car windows but the uhaul staff were extremely friendly apologetic and I was grateful. The neighbor isn't their responsibility

Signage was lacking; difficult to determine where to go; no discernible office to go to for assistance; while completing checkout, a guy from a neighboring business came out cursing and yelling that the police and a tow truck had been called because we were trespassing. He got up in my husband’s face and nearly punched him. We checked out and left before anyone arrived.

I was very upset that the location where I made the reservation and had communicated with all week, called me the night before to say they didn't have a truck for me and I would have to go to a location another 15 minutes away. The people at the second place were very nice, but it was not an ideal location nor did it have any supplies. I had to go to the first location to get a few supplies and discovered they had four trucks in the size I had rented sitting in their parking lot.

We were told to leave 1/4 of a tank of gas since that’s what we picked it up with and we’re charged for not leaving half a tank.

The issue was not with the facility but rather the mobile pickup function. It did not work causing us to make a return trip to the facility the next morning. This was even after calling the toll free number for assistance/support.

The location I picked up the uhaul was very dirty and gross. The man smokes in the office so it smelt like old smoke, there were ashes all over the desk and floor and his ashtray, that is on his desk, was full of cigarettes.

This is not the location I requested, the guy was almost 30 minutes lates and the office was gross not following social distancing not wearing a mask.

Associate left location saying his computer system went down leaving me to fend for myself. Spent 35 minutes on phone to fix situation and finally was able to access lock box to get key. Truck was dirty inside cab and cargo area.

The inside of the trailer was dirty with potting soil from a potted plant. I had to sweep it out before I could use it. The lights didn’t work on the first trailer that was hooked up.

It would be nice for location to be open on time. Website shows specific time of open. And it wasn't. I lost almost an hours worth if time at pick up due to store not open and then the rental was vandalized.

The preferred location overcharged me for items i didnt ask for(which was corrected) and the location where i picked it up at, the attendant was 20 minutes late opening up the shop
