I had already called them a few days before to make sure I could drop it off at their location and she assured me that I could. Had to call customer service to get them to accept it. The contract was written with them as the drop off agent. I will not do business with Conners Amoco again.

Debbie LToo many unhidden fees, not explained to you at time of rental. Only see them after you drop off and they charge you additional fees, also mileage was explained it would be $0.89 a mile and got charged $1.09 a mile. Rip off for sure
Charlie PVery rude charged my bank account for a late fee and I turned the Truck in a whole day early. Then he said it was for gas when I left the truck with more than half a tank just like I got it. My drop off location supervisor called him as well. She told him he had to refund me . I still do not have my money.

Vernon KThe truck was dirty with dog hair and I got a check engine light on the vehicle. I took the truck back to rental but they didn't have another truck. After making calls they checked the code and cleared it. All seemed good till I start trip to Alabama and the check engine light came on. Once the transmission seemed to downshift and reved to 4000, even though I was not pressing accelerator.
JOHN BThe truck had trash inside (empty water bottles) and cigarette ash on the cup holders. It smelled cigarette smoke. We had to purchase air fresheners, as my son and I couldn’t tolerate the smell.

Charles HAgain, I picked U-Haul truck up at one location and returned it to another and then I saw that I was charged $280 above my regular rental that I paid 122. That is very poor business please somebody give me a call Diane 610 698-9710 very very unhappy with U-Haul.

tom sThe truck was not clean. There was dirt all in the floor mat and the dash had not been wiped down. Trash still in the cup holder. As for recommending, this is the only location I could find for the area without having to pay for mileage. The lady inside was not that friendly at check out and when I returned the truck, I held the keys up for she was on the phone and she asked rudely what do I want. If I had another option for 5he area to rent, I would go elsewhere.

JAMES HDon’t charge an extra day for 18 minutes past check out time, I was in line 30 minutes and never moved, decided to self drop off and 18 minutes past got charged another day. Called regional, they could not return additional fees. Forced to go back in store and wait in line for refund, wasting more time. Otherwise, ratcheting binders need lubed.

ALBERT STruck cargo area was not swept, had trash in it, and the cab of the truck appeared to have a spilled drink in the seats and floor. The odometer reading in the truck did not match the odometer during the check-out process. It turns out, we were given the wrong truck, but this wasn't discovered until after we returned the truck to a different location after using it. Staff was accommodating but we won't be using this location again.
Chirleen ETrailer had sand and leaves inside when we picked it up. When we dropped it off, the hitch would not disconnect and required tools to get it off the ball hitch. Not adequate rings for tying down items inside. Roll up door versus wide opening. Older unit that needs to be upgraded or taken out of service.
